The courts have been a pleasant surprise.  Even judges he appointed have been like ‘nah’ several times.

Aren't they effectively at this point?  Any time the Trump admin loses a case they care about, they just pick up the Supreme Court bat phone and any injunction will get stayed with the quickness via the shadow docket, with the promise of "getting to the merits eventually" ...
