  1. Well, you avoided the question. We obviously separate the two, or as you would call it - "makes excuses" for those who are physically inferior. To address your response, are you saying that if it was more widespread you would support legislation on this?
  2. Using that logic, there's absolutely no reason to have separate male and female sports. Throw them all in the same group and let the cream rise to the top. No excuses when the teams are 90%+ male.
  3. I think there's a good chance it will be available. Just don't think there will be many full teams that will all have their children get vaccinated immediately to play in a baseball tournament. Coaches, maybe the few refusing would get it in order to play in this. ~10 kids per team with parents having their low risk kids get it immediately to play? Your youth baseball crowd isn't going to go for this and is going to raise hell if refunds are not provided. Requiring vaccinations for adults is one thing. Requiring for kids is another.
  4. Correct. They are assuming that it will be available in time for them to do so.
  5. Playing in Cooperstown is a pretty big deal for a lot of 12 year old baseball teams. And millions in revenue for the Park. $1300 per player, due on March 1. Non-refundable. A lot of teams made the decision to play, knowing they may be subject to Covid guidelines. Quarantine, masks, negative tests, reduced capacity, etc. Its worth it for many of them. Last week the tournament released their guidelines requiring immunization for anyone 12 and up. https://www.cooperstowndreamspark.com/2021-season-update
  6. How you picture it in your head How its really going to go down
  7. Move if needed. Could be CR, DT, Football, Basketball, Baseball... Could this affect the soon to be chosen baseball regionals? Does the NCAA have a say in the CFB Playoff locations? This for sure affects NCAAT locations and other championships. When determining where championships are held, NCAA policy directs that only locations where hosts can commit to providing an environment that is safe, healthy and free of discrimination should be selected. We will continue to closely monitor these situations to determine whether NCAA championships can be conducted in ways that are welcomi
  8. Arkansas’s starting pitching is shaky, at best. Their worst in years. And if you watch them, they don’t look elite. But they just win a lot. 8-1 record vs top 10. #1 RPI. Probably #1 in polls tomorrow.
  9. Similar to verbal consent, it could be void based on intoxication.
  10. As a father of 3 young boys, obviously at some point I will have a talk with them about this. Easy to teach right and wrong and respect for women, but there is a blurred line nowadays that I even have trouble comprehending. I'm glad I've been in a happy relationship for 20 years and don't have to worry if drunken sex the night before that seemed consensual is still consensual the next morning or even months later.
  11. Muss taking grad transfers today. His wife chiming in this afternoon
  12. All of this. Just a microcosm of today's world. If you stray from your corner even a bit, you get destroyed. The Fauci All Star thing was silly. He didn't do a thing wrong. Regarding his role in all this, Fauci said it best himself. He, and those like him, are just a piece of the puzzle. Unfortunately, one side sees his word as the end-all-be-all, the other sees it as bullshit. “I’m a scientist, a physician and a public health official. I give advice according to the best scientific evidence. ... I don’t give advice about economic things. I don’t give advice about a
  13. I can’t imagine waiting for permission to see my family after the season is over.
  14. CDC updates travel guidelines for fully vaccinated. Did you have to get a test before after flying domestically? If not, what changed?
