  1. It would have made for a more entertaining video, that's for sure.
  2. If your tailgate locks, the Bakflip is theft resistant. Somebody that knows where the latch wire is and has a coat hanger can get in with a little jimmying around. I put my own on after watching a couple of videos on Youtube on installing one. Took about 30 minutes doing it by myself.
  3. More water resistant than waterproof. I have a Bakflip on my Tacoma and will get a little bit of water in the bed if I drive in the rain. My buddies that have the clamshell tilt ups also get a little water in the bed when they drive in the rain.
  4. I bet that old fuck is an active member of his HOA also.
  5. Were you and your brother raised by your single mother? You two ask questions about stuff that boys that grew up with a father figure usually know the answer to.

    Yellowstone

He sounds like he's trying to do a Clint Eastwood impression.
  7. Dat Dog on Frenchmen Street for one meal.
  8. Don't pull it the day before or it will dry out. Leave whole and reheat in the oven. I would probably put it in a big steam tray pan with a little liquid in the bottom (apple juice, cider vinegar, etc.), cover it with foil. When it is reheated, pull your pork then.
  9. I loathe his entire catalog.
  10. I am an Upmann 1844 fan, myself.
  11. Is Haggis back with a new handle? Damn.
  12. Last meat I saw that raw was Duck of Death's bacon. Will probably work out well for sammiches though.
  13. WTF is going on with the double posts?
  14. Ching chang chong, motherfucker.
  15. Starting a thread about aggy is like waving a red cape in front of a bull to Phlegm.
  16. When I was growing up, we had Catahoulas and Catahoula Cur dogs to work cattle with. Very strong minded dogs. We also had ducks, chickens, etc. As you may expect, one of the young cow dogs killed a duck; didn't eat it, just killed it. My dad came home from work and discovered this transgression. He proceeded to beat the offending dog with the duck carcass. He beat that dog until he was holding nothing but duck feet, and at one point when the dog snapped back at him, he proceeded to put a couple of boots into the dog. After that, a duck could walk over that dog and he would not even look at it. Not saying it is the way to go or endorsing that method of dog training, just relaying a story. I am in no way endorsing that you beat your dog with your wife's dead body until he submits.
  17. I used the E310, the 3 burner version and liked it a lot. Any reason you're going 4 burner?
  18. The average age was probably 50 also.
  19. I take my cactus burner and burn it out a couple of times a year.
  20. All I did to "season" mine was initial load of coals to burn off any manufacturing gunk left. After that one, I sprayed the inside down with Pam and cooked a brisket using the Minion method.
  21. Yeah, Nashville is a target rich environment. If you can two step, you won't lack for feminine companionship in those bars.
  22. Bingo Ank!: 1 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/2 cup yellow mustard, 1/4 cup finely minced white onion, 2 cloves of garlic finely minced or pureed, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp tabasco. Combine in a sauce pan and heat to incorporate. Let it cool and I usually pour through a fine mesh screen to remove the onions and garlic solids so it will keep in the fridge longer.
