  1. This is on the casting team for continually putting these toxic tail-chasing motherfuckers in positions of authority on boats with girls that have a lot of intimacy-related baggage. Yeah, it provides a ton of must-see drama, but eventually you get a stone cold predator like this piece of shit and some terrible shit happens with real, long term damage to multiple individuals. There have been plenty of garbage humans of the female variety doing despicable shit as well, with this psycho Laura being right at the top. But I think the showrunners should be held accountable for specifically choosing creepers knowing that they would try to bang the stews which seems to be the type of drama they are attempting to capture on camera. That was disturbing to watch, holy shit.
  2. Morgan looks more like a late stage Fernando Torres to me.
  3. That's great, but I've actually met Jaray Beldoe. Couldn't be a nicer bunch, the Beldoes.
  4. Yeah this is about as trash as it gets. It's like temptation island but with even more gaslighting and unethical psychological trauma. No attempt is made to mend these couples' relationships, it is pure carnage. That's my take through only 2 episodes, not sure if I will keep watching.
  5. I had that same feeling regarding the match resembling the match in Qatar. They're so much more patient than we were and then they made us look silly as soon as the chance was there. The Dutch women had a similar chance in the second half that was an easy goal if Ertz doesn't make a hero's save with her heel.
  6. There is a separate "Season 1 in 3 minutes" if you scroll down on the show page a few times. No idea why they didn't make it easy to find or before the new season episodes.
  7. I'll never understand why these 17 and 18 year olds would forego the obvious imaginary choice of an NIL vacation rental property with the opportunity to learn how to manage real estate over a free Lamborghini.
  8. "A familiar voice"? So...was it Jimbo or who was it? Was it familiar because it sounded like the voice of every psychotic bumpkin that pops out from behind podunk east Texas gas stations and says unsolicited and unhinged shit to strangers?
  9. Keller has done well in transition to defend a couple of counters. But obviously he is a complete liability with the ball at his feet.
  10. That had to be a miscommunication, just terribly obvious as soon as they got sucked in where the ball was about to go.
  11. Really poor start so far aside from the Cascante header. Shitty passes, poor decisions by Driussi and Fagundez off the dribble. Good thing they are hapless in the attacking 3rd.
  12. I had to send this to my old band mates the other day, it's fucking perfect and hilarious.
  13. The new horror/supernatural themes aren't horrible, but they sure as shit aren't as interesting or creative as the distopian tech-centric stuff that made the show so brilliant. It would suck if that's the new direction for future seasons.
  14. Verde! Finlay scores off a Gallagher cross.
  15. This thread needs some Karen Key Largo quotes about how he oozes sex appeal or some such.

That was disgraceful and disgusting, but holy shit Balogun and Weah are going to be such a nightmare for almost any team to deal with. Our whole team looked dominant throughout most of the match aside from maybe McKennie who had a few sub par plays. Fuck bringing back Geregg though.
  18. I just want the mime show where frat guys go to yell at the performer and try to get him to talk so they can win money existed in my timeline.
  19. I barely watch any baseball, but that was the craziest shit and worst meltdown I've ever witnessed. Gotmddamn what a win.
  20. I have a feeling there might be some irritation on display at texags right now.
  21. That's perfect, thanks. Under 300 is fine, I am just now finding out the cost of all this shit. Damn, I didn't realize the Guardians ride was at Epcot. My son would love that, but my daughter isn't tall enough anyway.
  22. We're going to WDW in July. First time going as a parent, I've only been once in about '93 or something. We have an 8 yo boy and 4 yo girl. I'm trying to do this on the cheap after a rough financial year, so we're going to stay with family that lives just over an hour from the park. We may stay in a hotel near the park for a night or two so we can do the fireworks and not drive home super late. I haven't gone through this thread yet, but I'll be looking for must-do activities, a lower-end hotel that is not a dump, things we can skip or avoid for kids that are 8 and 4. We plan to do a 4 day pass, (there is a deal right now for $100 per day). My wife and I don't drink, and I remember Epcot being pretty meh, so we were just going to skip it and do Magic Kingdom twice, AK and Hollywood Studios one day each. It sounds like the Genie pass is worth it to reserve ride times. The restaurants are so pricey, it's hard to justify it since neither of my kids like food beyond dino nuggets and fast food burgers or pizza. I'm sure they would enjoy the experience, but restaurants are a drag because they barely touch the food 90% of the time. We'll probably do it a time or two and regret it. I'll be packing up lunches and snacks which seems to be ok to bring into the park in a bag or something. Once we get there, I'm sure it will be amazing, but I hate the build-up for a trip like this. My wife and her sister are much better at planning this crap, but it's always good to have a surly POV so I know what's in store.
  23. That was a seriously underwhelming finale. Either they played down Buddha's dishes to make it seem closer, or he tried to choke it away but won a war of attrition because of raw liver and whatever Gabri decided to fuck up and burn because that's his favorite.
  24. This was my experience. Amazing movie but it would have been way more fun with just my oldest and not both him and the 4 year old.
  25. Zany sketch comedy is never going to work for everyone, and even the best versions have a lot of flops mixed in with the good stuff. Think about Mr. Show, the best example I can think of. There are lots of sketches and even episodes that I can do without, and for someone who is less into that kind of comedy, the hit to miss ration is even lower. I enjoyed a lot of the sketches in the first season, but I had no idea how much some of the bits would stick with me. Even ones I didn't laugh at originally, I would just randomly think of them later. Like the guy who had all the leftover props from his failed mobster movie that he was trying to insert into the baby shower planning. I think I watched it once, then like 6 months later thought about it out of the blue and laughed out loud at the thought of it. It's not something I can explain, if it doesn't land for you, it just doesn't. It's kind of pointless to try and convince someone a thing is funny when it may not even be that funny on the day it is watched.
