  1. You're about a decade late on that. Everyone who followed Texas closely knew by 2000, 2004 definitely, that GDGD was a liability.
  2. That thing's gotta be fake! That ain't no fake, that's real! That's why they call him Superman! Hey, Freddie, Freddie, where did you find this place? Johnny Ola told me about this place. He brought me here. I didn't believe him, but seeing is believing, huh? Old man Roth would never come here, but old Johnny knows these places like the back of his hand.
  3. PG Morris, SG George, CG Black, C Okpara, PF Wright or Traore That wouldn't be a bad 5 man class.....
  4. After an hour, fans sitting directly in front of the lighting will start to glow burnt orange. If they sit there for an entire game they will glow for a week.
  5. We will know a lot by then, but the Iowa State game should have a big impact.
  6. [surly]The Longhorn isn't burnt orange, and it's off-center in that photo.[/surly]
  7. It seems he received an offer yesterday.
  8. FIFY Those damn gold rushers ruined everything.
  9. If the kid wanted to stay in Milwaukee, there is a great program in that city with an awesome coach...... (ducks)
  10. With a white field, we could wear our storm trooper uniforms and then run some cool trick plays. They won't see what hit 'em.
  11. OK, I guess a better question: Will we be able to consistently get into our half-court offense without a traditional PG, even against a pressure defense? It seems we have the other parts of the game pretty much taken care of, except for a rim-protector. We have scorers, rebounders, defenders. I'm assuming we will run a motion-type offense where a true PG isn't that necessary. What I am concerned about is getting the ball across midcourt. If that isn't a problem, then we are going to be really good.
  12. My big question: Is Ramey steady enough to be the primary ball-handler, especially against a pressure defense?
  13. Shaka is like a boat, you're happy when you buy it and happy when you get rid of it.
  14. So there's a small chance we: bring back our starting five (J Sims, G Brown, A Jones, C Ramey, M Coleman) keep 2 of our top 3 reserves (B Cunningham, J Fabres) add T Allen, C Bishop, D Askew, and J Tyson still have a couple more spots still open. Damn
  15. I still wonder why Worthy signed with Michigan during the early signing period if they weren't going to let him enroll in January. It would have been nice for him to be here for spring practice.
  16. I can't believe what I've been reading. We have the right coaching staff with the right mindset. We have the SEZ in place. The Texas Football Program is about to be fully functional. The universe is finally falling into place. There can only be one musical group to set things right. The group: Wyld Stallyns....................The song: That Which Binds Us Through Time
  17. And yet those 5 were not able to beat Abilene F'n Christian.
  18. S&C staff get really close to the players....he'll be like a stepbrother
  19. Insisting on being alone, telling them what to wear, and making them sign NDA's sure makes Watson look guilty.
  20. The best part of that would be Charles Thompson's son running the option against OU.
  21. Trying to give him rest when possible to make sure his hammy stays happy.
