  1. op is right, they don't make movies like predator since the other three predators movies that came after that predator movie.
  2. I've heard that girth was more important than length.
  3. my pick would be the knob creek
  4. I didn't like it that much, but it fills a void on sunday night tv. i'll watch it til the end most likely. not sure what's more annoying - kevin bacon, or kevin bacon's mustache.
  5. If not ultra fancy and through the roof prices is what you're looking for, i'm not sure Geronimo would have fit the bill anyway.
  6. I extend to you a laurel and hearty handshake
  7. the cowboy won bourbon of the year by whiskey bible or bourbon bible or something like that. it's over-priced, there is no argument there.
  8. you are entitled to your opinion but you are wrong.
  9. you just discovered their entire game plan. the trumpster, along with every senator and representative will be instructed to say socialism at least 10 times during every campaign speech. and don't forget to mention how socialist your opponent is.
  10. garrison brothers is 4-6. and you're judgement that it takes 6-10 years "to make it smooth and complex" is based on Kentucky climate. I think it's possible. is still the one that tops off their barrels? to me that's a bold move, common in brandy but unheard of (and frowned upon) in bourbon. that contributes to part of the youth you're tasting.
  11. it was one particular industry, cant remember which one or what I was reading at the time. with those kinds of margins, you'd think it would be energy or healthcare related.
  12. what exactly is bullshit about it? congratulations on your high moral values, but it's pretty much an undeniable, indisputable fact that well off people don't normally rob banks or shoplift. the less financially stressed a border patrol agent is, the less likely he is to take a bribe to let a carload of drugs drive through. aoc is also the one that came up with the idea of using taxpayer dollars to fund elections. sounds stupid and excessive at first (for a country that's deep in debt and doesn't have enough tax dollars to begin with), but at second thought would keep lobbyist and pacs and corruption out of our politicians. when exxon gives you a million dollars you're somewhat beholden to them.
  13. are you guys trying to convince me to go out and get those two barrel bourbons? I've got 44, 27 unopened. and I thought I had too many.
  14. but probably not from the mini bar. lesson #1: stay away from the mini bar.
  15. I haven't been too pleased with the barrel offerings, but two of their recent ones - infinite and dovetail, are outstanding. I haven't bought either but have tried them both and probably will buy when my collection dwindles down some. I got too many bottles at the moment.
  16. I agree wholeheartedly. if you're a dem, support the dem. his policies will be better than trump's. you can call him trump lite all you want, but 4 years of trump lite is better than trump xxx.
  17. I saw a stat the other day that I thought was telling of current society: profits up 70%, cost of living up 8%, wages up 3%.
  18. I don't get her character either. she doesn't seem like much of a dominatrix in her real life, so that seems like a conflict. plus, the idea that she would be that well paid, liked, and sought after, as a personal/career coach is not believable. another thing that's not believable to me is to think axe would just bring taylor back in and not suspect something is up. what a dumb idea. he's crushed every other enemy and he's going to give her work space and pay her utilities and agree to hire her whole team? makes no sense and should glow neonly obvious to him. i'm wondering if, now that Rebecca is out of the picture, he and wendy don't end up shacked up together and a couple. that would humiliate chuck and really get his ire up.
  19. chuck shit the bed on his marriage, over and over again. axe is a douche. he needs to go down in a big way.
  20. open bottles scare me off, unless its such a good deal that even if it's fake or bad, it would still be worth it. i'd love to have a bottle of parker heritage, or hell even try a sip.
  21. that's a helluva price. 6 of the rarest, most sought after bourbons out there for $70? i'd jump all over that. I've paid $125 for the 5 btacs, and another $125 for the five pappy's. there was some other shit that came with that, but still.
  22. love that bottle. where'd ya get it?
  23. I agree with this post. right now he'd probably win re-election. we need to do better.
  24. good luck with that
  25. she needs to get laid, that's for sure.
