  1. I hope you aren't operating any heavy machinery today.
  2. We would lose to Houston and we will lose to WVU next week. I struggle to see your point.
  3. In that play, Quinn was immediately chased out of the pocket buy a guy who rushed right up the gut and our crap interior o-line couldn't block him. Quinn spun out only to find Dallas Turner closing on him. Quinn had to elevate just to through the ball over Dallas Turner and out of bounds. You are the strangest guy on this board and it isn't close.
  4. I think this is a very unfair criticism of the players. The interior o-line is garbage, but we all knew this would happen. The blame falls on Sark. We all knew that our o-line would be a combination of very poor players and true freshmen. For 2 off-seasons, Sark completely ignored the transfer portal for o-linemen. Baylor didn't - and won the conference. KU didn't - and they will beat us for a 2nd year in a row. If we had picked up a couple of 1-year rentals on the o-line that were just average players, it isn't unreasonable to think that Quinn doesn't get rocked against Bama and this season is radically different. Even if that didn't prevent Quinn's injury, then we would have certainly run up the gut better against Tech. Sark deliberately chose this o-line path and it will lead us to another disappointing season.
  5. PK's defense has blown so many double-digit halftime leads. It's shocking. The only thing more shocking is that Sark and CDC don't care.
  6. It won't. I think being more aggressive could have taken away 1 or 2 Tech scoring drives and possibly a few 4th down conversions. That would have been the difference.
  7. 6 is our ceiling and even if we only win 4 or 5 Sark is going nowhere. CDC doesn't have the stones to do what needs to be done this offseason.
  8. It was our only chance to win the game. We should have taken it.
  9. With our coaches turtling up and blowing 2nd half leads, and most of out players being absolute pussies, I don't think 6-6 is abysmal. Looking at our schedule, 6-6 would be pretty nice. Kansas is going to beat us by at least 2 scores. They have a real coach.
  10. I don't know who we should hire to replace Sark. I think we are in a Scott Frost situation and CDC will keep him for 2 more disappointing seasons after this disappointing season. After CDC gets fired in early 2025, I hope the next AD only talks to coaches who have at least one double-digit win season at a Power 5 program.
  11. On 3rd and 4th down, when we run the wildcat with Roschon and he runs between the tackles, will the WVU defense be surprised? If no, we are in big trouble.
  12. We've been more talented than the overwhelming majority of teams we've lost to over the last 12 years. We are going 5-7 or 6-6 this season. If you think this recruiting class stays intact, and all of our current true freshmen o-linemen stay, then you are setting yourself up to be disappointed.
  13. Ewers comes back and we beat WVU. The we lose another heartbreaker to OU. We will have ups and downs after that and get to the 5-7 or 6-6 record that the realists were attacked on this board for suggesting.
  14. I will need to be smuggled in and out of Mexico. My body is ready.
  15. I didn't read any of that.
  16. The guy standing next to Homer Simpson, is that the dude from the Serial Podcast who just got out of prison?
  17. This is all unnecessary. Just have Kelvin Banks hide the football under his shirt and run to the end zone. Back in the late 50s that worked like a charm in the street games we would play in Lampasas.
  18. Exaggeration and hyperbole don't belong in this conversation. We are discussing a real trade off in the Wright/Card conversation. How much do we want to keep Card healthy for Tech in relation to how much risk will we take on with Wright starting this game. Bottom line, Wright will prove to the country that he is a better college QB than Ewers, Bryce Young, Steve Young, Vince Young and Cleo Lemon.
  19. I'm not a doctor. I am sure I could have easily gotten into Harvard medical school if I wanted to but I didn't take science classes because I'm not a dork. Same reason why I wouldn't take business, engineering, science, math or liberal arts classes. Sitting here now, I have no memory whatsoever of attending class. I remember the Posse before it was enclosed, Mercado Caribe and the Copper Tank. There may have been a bar on 6th called Amnesia. I'm pretty sure I still have outstanding university parking tickets. The girls in Kinsolving were the last to fully shave down below. What I am trying to say is Quinn will start against West Virginia.
