  1. I'll give the Clips credit, they hung around and forced a game 6 even managing to steal a game in Oakland. 2nd best series of the first round of the playoffs.
  2. Excellent cover, never would've expected Trivium to cover this.
  3. "As long as we have Tom Brady it doesn't matter who we draft". That about sums it up, haha.
  4. The Spurs are 3-3 all-time under Pop in Game 7, let us hope they improve that record to 4-3.
  5. aggy everywhere are going to be delighted when aggy legend Kyler Murray is selected #1.
  6. Even Kobe Bryant would be laughing at 11-31.
  7. The 25 million dollar man got worked by Kanter with a bad shoulder. What a joke. Adams is garbage and I'm glad the Thunder are stuck with that albatross of a contract. Adams never became an All-star, earned a spot on the All-nba team or even found his way onto the all-defensive team. The goof legitimately just hangs around the paint and dunks the ball when he's unchecked.
  8. The Spurs had a finals MVP/DPOTY/cornerstone in place when LMA was signed. He was intended to be the #2 guy, when the #1 guy bitched out he was forced to be the #1 because there was nobody else on the roster capable of filling that void. Manu was pushing 40, Tony was in the twilight of his career so that left LMA as the guy. He's been great the last 2 years as a Spur and with his finesse play style he'll still be a solid contributor for the foreseeable future. The Spurs took a gamble with DeRozan and during the early portion of the season it appeared it was going to pay off, since then it's been mixed results. Last season LMA carried the Spurs in Kawhi's absence, nobody else could consistently put up points from one game to the next except for LMA.
  9. I wonder if Thunder fans are missing KD yet? They haven't won shit since he left and flop out in the first round year after year.
  10. Can't wait to see what the Spurs do with an additional first rounder from Toronto. It's been incredible to watch the success maintained throughout the years picking through the scrap pile late in the first year after year.
  11. Portland. Let Lillard and McCollum get their usual 20-30 and keep the rest of their roster in check.
  12. If the Spurs headed to SA up 2-0 where they possess one of the best home records in the NBA at 32-9 it would've essentially been over and a sweep wouldn't have been out of the question. I'm not going to complain about sitting 1-1 because the Spurs were dreadful on the road this season, especially against premier competition. I believe they can head back to Denver up 3-1, if Denver steals one in SA then I'll be worried.
  13. Jamal Murray just buried the Spurs in the 4th. Spurs choked away a chance to put this series in the bag.
  14. Meanwhile Tom Brady is slated to make $14 million in 2019.
  15. I'd drink with Skeletor without thinking twice, but no way in hell would I consider drinking with the antichrist himself. Switzer was a cheating, no good son of a bitch and fuck all things OU.
  16. 22 consecutive seasons in the playoffs, can't complain about that. Had the Spurs won a handful of lost games vs bottom feeders like Chicago, Phoenix and Memphis they would've been a #5 seed which is nothing to scoff at considering a lot of the pundits slated the Spurs as missing out on the playoffs entirely during the off season. Win or lose tonight won't matter much, if the Spurs take both games in SA they should be facing OKC or Portland which are the best match ups anyone could've asked for. It doesn't appear Golden State is going to roll into the semis uncontested as well after last evening. Hopefully the Clips push them to a game 6 or 7 and make them work for it. Houston can likely give them a good fight as well after they inevitability beat the Jazz. The playoffs are already off to a crazy start this season, I don't know if we'll witness any 4-0 sweeps in the opener besides the Bucks over a sorry Detroit team.
  17. The new I Prevail album is much better than the first.
  18. I heard it yesterday and I liked it!
  19. The Spurs were 2-2 vs Denver in the regular season losing both games on the road. The Spurs were 2-1 vs OKC going 0-1 on the road and were also 2-2 vs Portland losing 2 on the road as well. The 1-11 record the Spurs compiled against the other playoff teams in the west is alarming. In order to defeat Denver they're going to have to take care of every game at home and sneak in a victory on the road which was nearly impossible for the Spurs to do this season against quality teams in the west. If the Spurs drop a single game at home against Denver it's over.
  20. How hilarious would that be? Let's just hope history repeats itself haha.
