  1. Would be funny if as soon as their federal funding is ended Havard immediately expelled every law student who's a member of any Republican affiliated club. Once you remove the funding there's no stick left. Obviously they wouldn't for many obvious reasons but I can chuckle at the idea.
  2. It's a great sign when you can read something on a message board and think to yourself "Hey self, this is an opportunity to use the fact that everyone knows I'm really quite dumb in my favor to help me troll."
  3. Yes. I also cast stones at Texas so it's okay.
  4. My flood insurance went up 7x at one point even though I did everything "right." I intentionally made sure my purchase was in a 500 and not 100 year flood plain in the Houston area. Whichever engineer from the Army Corps most have been a graduate of the Fake Army Corps at A&M because when our neighborhood was resurveyed after the second flood (Harvey) we are the lowest point here. So if I can get screwed when I didn't even ask for it then these assclowns can get fucked when they voted for it.
  5. December 2027 Headline: 80% of Americans say America is an Oligarchy and GOP is Responsible October 2028 Headline: Vance/Trump Ticket Leads by 15 Points as Americans Say Democrats Didn't Fix Things
  6. Baseball is weird sometimes. The Astros have a higher run differential than the Dodgers right now and are one of only 5 AL teams who are positive.
  7. Yep, and there were dozens of media who said Manning would leave because of Ewers. Also, never forget: (They had Iamaleava #23 overall)
  8. More like taking a reservation versus holding it
  9. If you were as smart as you think you are, you would realize that coming back to cry about people sending a certain emoji to you after calling other people dumb morons makes you look like a very weak-minded person. Of course at this point you already realize that I know exactly how weak and insecure you are, but go ahead and make one more post denying it. We're all waiting.
  10. It's hard to tell from this post but you're actually getting closer to escaping the intellectual corner you've painted yourself into. immamac may hate the way I do it, but you're welcome. Here"s a little hint that will help you on your journey: I'm neither a zealot nor on a side. Well unless you consider the Constitution and classical American ideals a side.
  11. The best part is that you think this is a good retort. You have absolutely nothing of substance so you hope that flinging insults and namecalling will distract anyone who's reading from your completely empty reasoning. Do you know why I don't bother to call you stupid? Your posts make it clear, I don't need to point it out.
  12. Ah yes, back to "it's the Democrats' fault." How surprising that you would wind yourself back to that spot.
  13. Texas State should absolutely take an invitation but I get rejecting a half share offer. If they get 80% though I think it would be smart to accept.
  14. They also got three extra possessions against Purdue to even get out of the Sweet 16. Two terrible out of bounds calls that were obviously wrong live but before 2 minutes so not reviewable and then Uzan got away with a blatant pushoff to even set up the final out of bounds play.
  15. Domestic beach tourism will drop this summer when people realize how dangerous being brown is now. Only half kidding.
  16. Pretty sure that is actually Oklahoma State wrestling.
  17. Ouch. Great job all season and then those last two possessions were just terrible.
  18. Is this where Charles Koch falls out of a window?
  19. Correct, the way to combat the mistaken belief that Democrats drifted left is to point out the truth, not concede the point. Conceding the point is how we got here. The 2025 Democratic Party is way right of the 1980s Democratic Party. It only seems like it moved left because the Republicans have moved way way way way right. So the general public (read: simpletons) is easily fooled into believing the lie. The greatest economic engine in history, the USA from 1946-1973, had higher corporate taxes, huge government investment/spending, and occurred at the same time as an explosion of liberal social policies. The only people who benefit from our recent hard rightward lurch are the richest of the rich. The greatest period of any society in history, where the entire nation benefited, was based on far more government involvement.
  20. This post just shows how lost you are. You are the one trying to regulate and modify people's posting. I wouldn't ban anyone, but I also wouldn't chastise people for telling fools that they're fools which is what you're doing. Again, they have to be willing to accept that they were conned. Telling them they're doing a great job is counterproductive in the long run. If they don't understand how they were tricked it will just happen again, and it will happen very soon. If they can't stand the discomfort of being told they were and still are being conned then they don't actually care enough to change. And anyone who thinks the Democratic Party has drifted left is still completely lost.
  21. I explained it if he wants to learn. If he doesn't then why would I waste more time? His statement that the Democratic Party has drifted too far left is a fundamental reason we are where we are. Until he understands how wrong that is it's pointless to engage any more than the minimal effort I gave. And nobody fucks this board up more than you so you can miss me with that.
  22. Wrong. They need to understand WHY they were wrong or it will just happen again.
  23. I'm sorry that you didn't find the echo chamber you were looking for. The one where everyone tells you that you were right and it's not your fault. Guess what? It is your fault. When you're ready to accept that you've been conned and are a huge sucker you will finally have a shot at helping to fix things. Until then you will continue to lash out when the people who were smart enough not to be fooled point out that you weren't.
  24. No. The goal isn't to change Trump's mind. That's not possible.
