  1. naw, it's just BO&W. i'm sure this is what he is doing right now:
  2. i know you know that it's worth it but NEVER GIVE UP - kid is at 4.5 months and sleeps 9-10 hr straight on week days (up at 630 for daycare) and will go up to 11 on Sat AM. it's a glorious piece of equipment, sorry the kiddo is fighting yall so much on i
  3. they don't have all sizes in all colors but the sale is ongoing. it's a tough deal to beat
  4. just want to point out that Goodwin has more than "hung around the NFL for several years" - dude was a 3rd round pick, has played in the NFL for over a decade, has earned almost $22m in contracts, has a fully vested NFL pension and competed in the Olympics. put way more respect on his name. Fozzy was absolutely good enough to also not be in that grouping also, earning just under $5m in the NFL himself. Newton gets, at worst, an incomplete for having to retire in college due to concussions - dude had something like 7 or 8 in 7 years? Johnson, Williams, Chiles - sure. but acting like Goodwin deserves to be anywhere near those guys on a "not very good talent" list is absolutely incorrect.
  5. but he paid the largest tax bill in history! he would never use a loophole like that to try and reduce his tax burden, right?!?!?!?!
  6. oh my god. he sent the "vote for the guy running as DA in Austin" to the entire TSLA company. they employ 140k people worldwide. he didn't send it to the US group. he didn't send it to the Texas group (remember they have offices in Austin, DFW, Houston, etc.) he didn't send it to the Central Texas group (Austin + Bastrop.) he didn't send it to those working in the Austin office only - he sent it to the ENTIRE COMPANY - then emailed them again 10 hours later about it. also, he's megafucked in this X music publisher lawsuit: https://www.cnn.com/2024/03/06/tech/x-lawsuit-music-elon-musk/index.html as a reminder, they don't pay companies to license it and they have virtually no anti piracy system or team in place for music or videos compared to every other social media site in the universe. they aren't even out there looking at the top 25 viewed videos for the day to screen out "hey this is the entire mario movie" or "hey this is the #3 most RT or liked video on the platform, but it's playing what is obviously copyrighted music, we should mute that or demonotize it"
  7. the parent tweet for all this is makes it even funnier - shes giving away her money as part of her signing the Giving Pledge. here is who she has given $$ to last year btw:https://yieldgiving.com/essays/giving-update/ includes such well known wildass groups like the Girl Scouts and United Way. she's given $25 million to an affordable housing nonprofit plus another $20m to a community land trust in SF that works on housing, $5m to a foundation's fund that benefits those impacted by the wildfires in Hawaii, a bunch of legal aid and justice services across the entire country, a bunch of early childhood development services across the entire country, substance abuse programs, etc you know, not everyone just gives $5.7 billion to their own charity, some folks actually like to give it to places that will make a difference.
  8. that's still super cool. thanks for sharing, been poking around it for a few minutes

    Texas Primaries

don't know him well personally, but know a few who do - he's a good dude and they do excellent work.
  10. its not theft...i'm just borrowing them for a very long time. but seriously dude, they are fantastic.
  11. this is as good of a place as any to drop this article Kahn Jr & Max Olson: How Mack Brown and Texas built a prestigious (and perilous) early recruiting phenomenon + + + + text:
  12. Typical Musk Things can't deliver the Cybertruck because of rain! this should 100% have ramifications
  13. that was her father i believe https://www.cnn.com/2023/03/25/motorsport/nelson-piquet-lewis-hamilton-intl-spt/index.html
  14. FYI this is bullshit, at least for the next race. he was always going to miss it because he's competing in some race somewhere else. those are genuinely awesome and you should 100% get them framed! edit: actually, you should just mail them to me, i'll frame them and send them back - promise!
  15. just sharing this guy's link since his work has been posted to reddit and is incredible https://www.camojedaart.com/trackmaps hand drawn versions of a number of tracks
  16. sorry - his application would be rejected since he would be an engine supplier and have to build 2 different cars under 2 different sets of regulations. most of the attempts to establish a new constructor in the last several decades have not been successful, plus adding an 11th team would not, in and of itself, provide value to the championship. maybe he could apply in 2026.
  17. I like Yuki, but he needs to grow up yesterday. 3 full F1 seasons raced, still super immature. he kind of is what he is.
  18. Do Simmons and Wingo no longer exist? That shit absolutely gets fired and has a bunch over the last 2 years. What about the money that was put up to keep guys in the program? Come on dude
  19. I'm assuming this going to be the case as long as NIL exists and Texas is even halfway decent...
  20. Literally no one ever said Jos was smart. At this point I want Newey to go to FER, Helmut (who has never led a team before) to become TP and then die because he's 80 and in poor health, Horner to AM on a fuck RBR revenge tour and then we as the viewers win. The result would probably be max going to Mercedes and winning a billion more championships though. I hope RBR pulls whatever access Jos has.
