Watching the first few minutes of the DCTF bracket reveal, they went through some notable games from Week 11. The last one was Dallas Lincoln vs Dallas Carter. Dallas Lincoln needed a 12 point victory to win the tiebreaker scenarios. Game goes into OT, so 12-point margin is out of the question right?
Not so fast my friends.
Lincoln scores a TD on their possession but misses the PAT / 2-pt conversion (don't know, don't care) so they are up six when Carter gets their possession. Lincoln with the pick 6 wins by 12 and the district championship.
If that happened in college or pros I would bet my left nut there was some game fixing going on. Hell, may have been in this one too; but I like to give HS kids the benefit of the doubt.
I guess the conspiracy theory that SEC refs had it out for Auburn because they had Freeze as their coach has merit. They fired Freeze and now the refs are giving them every call.
Brackets are slowly but surely getting populated. I guess some districts still have to do their coin flips / coaches battles of rock, paper scissors to get the full fields set.

Our opponent is not officially set, but based on MaxPreps rankings and DCTF enrollment figures I believe we should be matched up against Aldine-Eisenhower at Woodforest Bank Stadium this week.
Haven't heard a word. I assume that's TWHS getting butthurt that CP finally beat them? The irony would be thick considering TWHS poaches standout players from several schools in the area. Hell, they had Quannel X's kid on their roster for a couple of seasons.
Someone made a post on r/the woodlands asking for donations to a local food bank. One reply sounded straight out the surl pages, to paraphrase: "I applaud your efforts in trying to help those in need, but Montgomery County voted 75% for Trump. You asked for this, time to touch the hot stove."
