  1. 14k towing and 3500lb payload. What’s the range on that though? its cool as hell
  2. Red Sox used Apple watches in 2017. This shit just needs to go away.
  3. We hit up STK on Saturday. It was a great atmosphere and the food was on point. Hit up SpeedVegas and raced super cars. Gambled a ton. We stayed at Aria in the Sky Suites and we really enjoyed Aria and it was actually pretty convenient to a lot of other properties. Sports book at Aria is trash though.
  4. It was in Vegas. It was a blast and the coaches helped a ton with braking and hit the turns correctly. Already looked up events out at COTA. I think it’s something I definitely could get way in to.
  5. Just did a track day. I drove a Ferrari 488 GTB got up to 147 on straight away. Couple of buddies drove 911 GT3 RS and one drove a Lamborghini Huracan. The guys that drove the Porsche had lowest lap time. What a blast. I get all the hype
  6. Used to be the builder rep for Kohler. Kohler commercial toilets are the shit. Get a contractor to install one in the house with a commercial flush valve and you will be sitting high on the throne. https://www.us.kohler.com/us/browse/bathroom-commercial-bathroom-commercial-toilets/_/N-2d82
  7. It’s a girl that has seizures and is considered special needs according to KVUE. substitute charged with 2nd degree felony.
  8. We did Lonesome Dove a couple years ago. It was great as they had the regular menu and a special 4 course Thanksgiving option as well.
  9. You’re friend sounds like a pussy. Early 20s are what these jobs are made for. Just kidding, he was probably just more responsible than me. The first few years traveling I used it as an open tab to party in whatever city I was in. I’ve only been not traveling for the last few weeks. Biggest change for me is that I want to go have dinner with my wife now. After a 4 day trip she would want us to go out for dinner Friday night and I just spent the week doing that. I sucked it up most of the time but my waistline hated me. Be prepared to gain 15 pounds.
  10. I travel about 80 nights a year. We have no kids but are also about to make that transition. I just recently took a job to be in Austin/ San Antonio only because I couldn’t imagine keeping that up with a baby or kids at home. Also the road wears you down. I used to enjoy it but lately I just felt depressed looking around the lobby bar at all the other traveling work guys all on their phone eating and drinking in silence. It had to be better before smart phones. The tipping point was around 3 months ago I was riding with my boss and we looked at his lifetime Marriott status and he had over 4000 nights. That would be my next job and I am not looking to lose those nights on the road. Over 11 full years of his life in a Marriott alone.
  11. Bout sums it up
  12. Best place for a nice dinner 7 guys at a bachelor party? Early/mid 30s, money shouldn’t really be an issue.
  13. How does one live in Lubbock?
  14. The questionably mentally handicap juggalo has a ton of videos. Heres his YouTube channel. https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCURl9ca-7gurJC7KhGlmpMg
  15. Off topic but it’s crazy how much larger of a human being Frank Thomas is even compared Big Papi and ARod
  16. Just had a work ecoboost 2018 with the 10 speed. I pull a 5k trailer consistently and I can never get of 7th if I chose tow/haul mode.
  17. I looked but couldn’t justify the price. I don’t pay for gas so I went with the least efficient option on the market.
  18. Which trim and color did you go with? Wife drives a blue Limited with brown leather and I really like it.
  19. Recipe? Looks incredible
  20. Dude still thinks he owns the house
  21. I’ve give. Greinke plenty of shit over his recent appearances but after that shaky start he really pulled it together and pitched well.
  22. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Just got back from Kauai. It was incredible. We did multiple hikes and a few other excursions including mountain tubing and an ATV tour where they filmed Jurassic Park and Indiana Jones. We got a rental car and were able to see the full island. Had no desire to go to Oahu because we live in a city and really didn’t want high rises and shopping. Not the reason we would go all that way. The North Side of the island is absolutely gorgeous but it’s very rainy. We ended up staying at the Marriott in Lihue. Right on the beach and it has an incredible pool for days that you just want to relax. The rooms could use an update but it didn’t bother us at all. It was nice because Lihue is in the middle of the island and it allowed us to go all around. Also had multiple restaurants we could walk to.
  24. I saw somewhere that they are threatening to shut the original one down because of the Burnet Rd construction and they will lose an entrance. Not sure if that’s still a thing or not. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.kxan.com/news/proposed-burnet-rd-improvements-worry-businesses-like-iconic-top-notch-hamburgers/amp/
  25. It’s a Limited, so that may be the difference. Also didnt pay anywhere near $50k. We got it for $40500. That’s one of the reasons we ended up with the 4Runner. For the features on that car everything else we looked at it was north of $50k.
