I sold a few. Dropped all of these off today.

I’m sorry about your dad. But man, that is incredible though!
  3. I did!! I am legitimately very impressed, man. It is absolutely incredible work. The materials feel and look very quality, too. I am totally digging it. Thanks again. Also, I bet you had fun packing all of that media mail, lol.
  4. M1 mini checking in. Replaced a 2017 MBP that I always used in clamshell mode, so I decided to forego the screen. I went 16GB since I use Lightroom and Photoshop. It has been fantastic. I haven’t had any of the Bluetooth issues (which are apparently fixed in Big Sur 11.2 anyway). I have a bunch of SSDs connected thru a CalDigit TS3+ (used this with the MBP previously). Do recommend.
  5. Whaaaaale, no photo book for me today. Damnit, USPS.
  6. Work in print hits different, I totally agree. I need to order some more of my own prints, speaking of. I would recommend anyone here to get some fine art prints made of a few of their favorite photos. Use something nice, like Hahnemühle Photo Rag. As close to 300ppi as you can get and brighten it a bit from what you see on the computer screen. You’ll be happy.
  7. However, that said, I’d probably rank them something like this for gaming. LG CX LG BX (only comes in 55” and 65” sizes) Sony A8H (no 4K120) Sony X950H (no 4K120) Sony X900H (has 4K120 and should have VRR and ALLM later) Samsung Q80T and Q90T are iffy because they are great TVs with excellent PQ, but in game mode the PQ suffers a ton because they remove a ton of picture processing to get really low input lag. Sony X900H has (or will have) great gaming features that some of the others don’t, and would be just behind the BX if you value those features, but otherwise it’s PQ in non-game mode is behind the OLEDS, X950H, and Samsung Q80T/Q90T. It’s still really good though, especially in low light areas.
  8. If you want 4K120 capability you need the current BX/CX, or the 2021 C1/G1/Z1 when those come out later this year. Or you could wait for the Sony A8J and A9J series for 2021, too (or the X900J/X950J which aren’t OLED but very, very good full-array local dimming LED panels). Note that Sony and LG use the same panels for their OLEDs and there is no 70” or 75” size. It goes 48”, 55”, 65”, 77”, and sometimes 83” or 88”. However, I don’t think 4K120 is going to be super viable for these consoles for most games. There will be some stuff that can “do” it, but I think a locked 60 will be plenty for pretty much everything. I bought a Sony X900H this year and it’s been an adventure with 2.1. Sony seems to have a problem with actually implementing the promised features. It also currently cannot pass Dolby Vision AND 4K120 signal at the same time. It is, however, still a great TV and has awesome PQ for the price. Also, if you use a receiver, the new models have a Panasonic chipset that have issues handling the Series X 4K120 signal WITH HDR. Without is fine, but the whole 2.1 thing has been a bit of a boondoggle so far because these companies released products before the specs were standardized and before there were actual devices to test with.
  9. Yeah, well MyPillow guy probably drives a DBX!
  10. Also, I have to say it, but all the leather on the steering wheel being the same really reminds me of this, in a bad way (I’m not a huge fan of overly luxurious interiors, though): You only wish it was as awesome as this, though:
  11. Well, that settles it. G650 and Chewbacca have to have an off-road-off now. But you have to post it in the truck thread.
  12. The current curveballs include: Lewis training in the mountains everyday in the USA. Toto getting COVID and quarantining.
  13. Yeah I’m running a high intelligence/quickhack/crafting build. I also put a lot of crit chance/crit damage mods on my clothing/armor. Crafted some legendary weapons. I don’t have a whole lot of health, but man I do some damage.

  15. They base scores almost exclusively on how “sporty” something is. It’s ridiculous.
  16. Yeah, I’m still loving the hell out of it. Has anyone else done different life path playthroughs? I swear that some of the Cyberpsycho missions are different. There are some I do not remember from my first playthrough (nomad), and I completed them all on that one. First week or two I played on a One X until I received my Series X. It plays really well on the SX. Still bugs, as mentioned, but not really anything cause game breaks.
  17. Solid State batteries will be a much needed mega breakthrough, whenever we can figure out how to scale them up.
  18. Tried to find an appropriate gif to relay my snobbish disagreement.
  19. Looks like the AT4 doesn’t have a body lift. It has longer shocks than the other models (which is the right way to do it). If you were going to lift it more than what it’s currently at, you’d need new upper control arms that correct caster and help with ball joint binding.
  20. Panther City was really good yesterday.
  21. If mine wasn’t touch screen I likely wouldn’t use it very often. When doing panoramas and stuff it makes it super easy to touch a spot to choose the focus point, then move camera and do it again, repeat, etc.
  22. If on a tripod, yes. Mine is not tilty or flippy, though. I wish it was. Helps with camera shake even more due to not having to use the shutter.
