  1. Regarding “players quitting”, the fastest, surefire way to lose a squad is playing some clearly undeserved fucksticks (Porter). The motivation for them to prepare and practice goes to shit if they see their staff flat out shooting themselves in the dick. I’m sure some will say “fuck those players”, but that’s reality.
  2. We lined him outside most of last season. Glad it’s finally starting to sink in with more people how truly shitty this “system” is.
  3. OMFG. So, in his “brain”, it IS ok to throw the ball away on FOURTH down last year in the RRS, but not on 3rd down? Wait, why is anyone shocked by this? It isn’t new. Exactly one week after the 4th down throw away debacle, he forced a ball in OT on 3rd down, where we only needed a fg to extend OT. Said pass was intercepted and the game was over.
  4. This is, as mny have posted, very similar to the Strong/Watson problem. Not that it matters, but tome, this is on higher level of suck, becauseHerman is an offensive minded coach.
  5. What a good is a QB that can extenuate a “legitimate scheme” when we don’t have such a scheme anyway?
  6. Exactly. Also, sometimes 8 months and 35 seconds just isn’t enought time to get the play ready to avoid a delay penalty. That delay flagged was just bizarre. IMO, worse than the “Chollie failed at the Cal coin toss” shit.
  7. Sam bad of a running back as Porter is...he is MUCH worse as a WR. Seeing him lined up outside the numbers makes my brain bleed.
  8. I totally agree with you, and argue this defense in all of my intox assault/manslaughter cases. Unfortunately, there is a SHIT TON of people who don’t agree.
  9. I think you are correct, and that’s unfortunate. It should not matter that much in this situation, but it will. It’s like someone not hiring me to be their attorney because I have a DWI. It’s not an eternal, defining event, but politics.
  10. Interesting post. I always wondered about the stories of women just fawning over JFK. IMO, the attraction had a lot to do with his conduct and charisma, and not objective appearance. On the other end of the spectrum, with women’s appearance, my wife runs into that a lot. Like people walk up, look at her and demand to speak to the “actual pharmacist”. They just assume she is some hot, vapid ACC technician chick.

  12. First, DOTUS, the word is “lackey”. Second, WTF is the thing about Holt fudging the interview segment about Russia? I don’t recall any issue being prevalent at all like that before.
  13. Link to “home burglary record”? Narrator: There isn’t one.
  14. Pro-tip: Voting straight democrat means that you will miss several opportunities to vote AGAINST GOP candidates. If that’s your goal, you need to go line by line to vote Green or Lib where there are no Dems running.
  15. No, but I wonder if he KEATING 5’s, bro.
  16. Christ this is such a tired argument. How come nobody rants about how ALL LIVES MATTER, in response to “blue lives matter”? Shouldnt all citizens that are NOT police officers get pissed about that? Why the difference?
  17. Nope. I don’t have to try hard at all, in order to read and understand words typed in English.
  18. The guy probably plays a shit ton of video poker to earn that status. Vegas shooter out front should have told you.
  19. Cutting the steak for fajitas prior to cooking sucks because of the doneness issue. It’s much easier to grill a steak to medium rare, then slice, than achieving/maintaining that doneness when cooking small pieces.
  20. You realize that this sentence necessarily means that only Dems support the KKK, right? That’s your actual point? No fucking way that you actually think that.
  21. Where are the charges against Trump? If he is so guilty it should be easy to prove. Nobody knows because the investigation is still being conducted. Hint: The feds do not always indict a target as soon as they believe that they have probable cause to establish one charge or even several charges. I’m not saying that there will be charges (I assume that you don’t mean indicted, because that won’t happen with a sitting president.). I am saying that is it is ridiculous to assert that “nothing from Mueller accusing Trump of criminal activity proves that Trumpis innocent.
  22. Many thanks. The discussion I read earlier somewhere led me to believe that this was something done much more recently.
  23. Does anyone have the details on Beto being one of 4 dems who voted against the tax exemptions, etc, related to Harvey relief today?
  24. How big was the venue? Cedar Park Center holds 2,500.
  25. The WSJ article linked in that tweet is a solid read.
