  1. Prior most people said "its no big deal" "super easy" which is comparison to other things yes however it's not a walk in the park and the lingering affect like you was something that made me wonder if something was wrong. That's all gone now so smooth sailing from here on out hopefully. I don't think I got any post pain meds other than something for the day of. The Xanax prior was funny as my wife gave me a lot of shit for that saying you should try having two kids.
  2. Did my post test the other week and I'm sterile. Used Shaw as well and it was pretty easy. A little more than some people describe it IMO. Kind of like getting a staple gun in the nuts but mostly just uncomfortable versus lots of pain. It did seem that I had a lingering pain in my balls for at least a month... like the after affect of getting racked.
  3. Alts close to capitulation I would think... staying away from ETC/BTC and XRP/BTC ratios now that we broke below long term support there. Might get one final wick down but I would not buy back in until that start going to the other way. In terms of BTC, 11.8 was the break out and we continue to test the breakout areas. Overnight went down to 11.2 and then another dip when Finnex came back online to fill trading gaps. I think there is still a change we go down around 10.3 - 10.8 so holding off on getting into any large long positions. Short at 13K would have been the better play (obvi) but not sure one more test of that range wouldn't result in a breakout. If this thing break below 10K however we might be in a bad spot and time to start selling.
  4. I had North EZ seats for a while but got rid of them a few years back. Was looking to do that option again but saw there was a new Longhorn Lounge in Section 18-19 considerably cheaper. Looking like food would not be included but anyone with details on that space? More sun exposure on that side of stadium I guess but is the Lounge back behind the seats similar to the Terrace Club? It's the same price as the East side section right next to it but lots of inventory right now which makes me wonder.
  5. Looking for some season tickets for this year if there are still some people selling. Let me know.
  6. I'm interested.
  7. Shit moves fast... we had some dumps after hitting 9K but looks like support at 7450 held. I'm expecting a test of 8300 soon and if bulls can overtake then perhaps we go back to 8800. I was hoping we would get another shot at 9K so looking for that. If it rejects again I'll likely sell/short with target of 6ks.
  8. This list makes me realize I'm don't play enough golf. I've been to way to little of these courses. I've got a golf event at Olympia Fields in Chicago this summer... I guess I better go so I can check that off the list.
  9. I wish they would start setting up camps under Mopac going into Tarrytown... shit might actually change then
  10. Vomit... this shit is getting so bad. When can we have real solutions?
  11. I'm heading to SoCal for some customer visits next week and will likely play Torrey Pines... anyone played recently? South Course under construction for upcoming US Open so wondering if the disruption is worth skipping and playing North instead.
  12. Still ranging between 7.2 and 8K... we broke through a smallish support at 7550 but are rallying back today. I don't expect this to push past 8K this time as I'm still watching a double top but good enough to keep watching. Overall I still expect a trip back down into 6Ks at some point the real question for me is whether 8,500 comes before or after that. Longer terms $10.5 is the number to watch because after we break that I expect some serious fireworks.
  13. The Zoysia grass is so much nicer and plush (plus covers about 80% of the yard). Yard is irrigated so watering is not an issue was justifying to figure out whether reside might be my only option. Bermuda grows so much faster, earlier and those stupid runners take over quick.
  14. Still shell shocked from 2018 but this is really nice to see. I'm still convinced a big retrace is coming. Bakkt had some news today so perhaps that fueling the run up so could be a sell the news type of event. Bakkt 5400 is my target for a retrace and buy more.
  15. The FUD is pouring out (Tether and now Binance) but the price is thus far unaffected as we now trying to break and stay about 6K. I'd still like to see something back down to 5.4-5.6 testing possible supports. I'm also not ruling out one more massive drop taking us back down into 3K where I'll be buying more and opening leveraged longs. For now, I've sold around 6K and hoping to start buying back mid 5ks.
  16. Bermuda is just taking over what I think is some zoysia strain. Cactus, I think you offered some chemical that might help. So I need to kill the Bermuda and replant pallets? Waiting until after growing season? Other? Looks like zoysia is still under it getting smothered so I’m at a loss. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Help me identify this shrub It got some serious issues. Wondering if I should trim back and treat? The new growth this year seems ok. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Yes, if you are thinking walkability is something Rosedale has Ramsey park, close to the Triangle, and depending on whether north or south of 45th you have a bunch of stuff along Burnet or along Medical. Burnet quickly becoming quite the place with options for just about everything you would want.
  19. I lived in Cat Mountain area for a while and that areas once once all original owners however has had a major influx of new/growing families. School system is Highland Park but then over to the other side of MoPac to Lamar and McCallum so that might fit the "spread out" thing you are looking to avoid. Area just to the north along Far West/GreyStone has a lot of families and are all close to the school systems there. Not really walkable however there is more and more along Far West that's really close. (JCC/Kosher HEB/etc) Going west from here to Lakewood and Jester you are going to find homes a little more outdated... I'm not that sure about Lakewood but my feel is that it still a bit old folks while Jester is starting to be much younger ones/new families. Both have HOA Pool areas and are pretty self contained. As was started above north of Great Hills gets you into Westwood (RR ISD) which is a great school and nice area and should be an easy commute to Domain.
  20. I’d be interested to know (over DM)... the folks at the club from GM to Pro all had plenty to say about those owners so I was already soured on them. Happy about a change and hopefully one for the better. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Hola gents! Weighed myself the other day at a hotel and I'm over 200 which means I need to take health seriously again with my second child coming very soon. Probably going to be hard to get anything going with a new baby here at first but hoping to make incremental progress and will try and report back for some guidance and encouragement.

Anyone been to Roland's? I've been meaning to go as it has pretty good reviews.
  23. Getting close to having our second and the wife asks me to dig out the Infant carrier from storage and put it in her car. I looked but it's no longer there so I tell her I guess we gave it away to someone but I'll take a look at Craigslist and get one this weekend. That evening she decided that just a carrier won't do any longer and she needs to upgrade to all new stuff (carrier, stroller, extra seats, etc.) It's not until I see the charge happen on my card that I ask and she tells me the stupid UppaBaby stroller we have from a few years ago just won't do anymore since we likely can't find the right adapter for whatever infant seat we get. And get this... the new one has special "summer seats" that are all mesh so the baby doesn't get hot. Ugh, getting rid of that old seat cost me another $1400!
  24. Got damn... this hits close to home.
  25. From what I've seen online they have a lot of benefits for Daily fee courses including memberships that give reduced playing benefits at various area courses. But I'm not sure what similar things they might have for private courses. It does sounds like they invest significant money into courses they buy to up level the quality and focus on non-golfing amenities as well so that's good.
