  1. Framber needs to see that sports psych again. Hell this whole team should.
  2. So... er team gonna try to play some competitive ball tonight?
  3. The white citizens that day were just hangry y’all… ain’t nothing to do with race.
  4. When I worked at Uber, the team I was on was mainly young millennials… being a Gen Xer and coming from a more mature tech company I was shocked at how much everyone cussed at work.
  5. Visiting family in Houston this week. i forgot what a good thunderstorm is like.
  6. The delusions of grandeour from this guy and similiar ilk from the GOP... it's actually kind of facinating
  7. Yeeesh, can't we just acknowledge it's not everyone's cup of tea and leave it at that?
  8. At this point of Jake's Astros career. It's one good play and several tumbles backwards that makes you question why he's even in the major league.
  9. Or you’re just a misanthrope and that’s ok too! 😁
  10. Can the team implement some yoga/stretching/preventive routines in the player’s workouts?
  11. Not a big WA fan but I found myself really enjoying this film. Loved the visuals which was almost too much at times and the black/white breaks actually worked as a nice relief. Liked the main story of just a family/people dealing with grief. Agreed with others the final b/w scene of the waking up from a dream chant wasn’t well executed. Or I just didn’t quite get it. I’ll def rewatch it again.
  12. Saw it yesterday and also really enjoyed it. The unrequited love and what ifs were handles really well. For me, it felt like a modern version of In the Mood for Love.
  13. The original in Santa Rosa has amazing pizza to pair with the beer. The one up north, is much bigger and “nicer” but no pizzas for some strange reason. At least when I used to go, Sunday at the Santa Rosa location was all day happy hour.
  14. Hit up the casinos and outlet malls in lovely nearby Cabazon of course!
  15. Was fun letting these actors… act!
  16. Somebody else said Guernville, but really all of Sonoma County is a really special place to me. I have a key customer in Santa Rosa that I always look forward to visiting if for no other reason than the drive. Took a motorcycle ride to Sonoma last weekend that was sublime. The communities between say Petaluma and Guernville would be number 3 for me in CA.
  17. Umm.. no, lol. But yeah loved that area. Used to live walking distance to a grocery store, tap rooms, kick ass bakery, and coffee shop off College. It was amazing.
  18. Can’t speak to the queer friendly aspect cause even overall it seems more friendly here, there are assholes everywhere. But used to be I would suggest Sacramento… it was the most affordable big city in Ca. Dunno if that’s still the case. Hard to think of a community in the Bay Area that’s just not crazy expensive anymore. Maybe Livermore or San Leandro over the east bay.
  19. If I could afford it… it would be Santa Barbara. Number 2 and this would probably shock most of y’all but I absolutely loved living in the Rockridge neighborhood in Oakland where it borders Berkeley.
