Well this game turned ugly in a hurry... yeesh.

At Celebration, I was chatting with some younger fans, and of course, for them, 1-3 are their favorites. I reflexively kind of cringe though, imagining how ep 7-9 is how some became SW fans.

Awesome! This bar definitely caters more to tourists but the atmosphere is really cool and they have a good list of tasty/interesting drinks. https://kaname-inn.com/musicbar/ And had some great Soba/Udon at this place: Otafuku udon And get a melonpan ice cream sandwich here: The World's Second Most Delicious Freshly Baked Melonpan Ice Cream One of the quietest Temples in terms of tourist foot traffic: Daishizan Seidaiji Temple Where it's so quiet you can be a social media influencer like this chick who was there for over 30 minutes collecting/shooting b-roll.

Got back last night… I’m sure I’ll be in Japan/Vacation withdrawals as soon as my jet lag and cold is gone. Just wanted to add a PSA for those of y’all planning future trips to consider other places to visit besides the big 3 of Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. On this trip took a bullet train from Tokyo to Kananzawa. It took about 3 hours. It’s such a cool little city. Much much much less crowded and for some reason majority of the tourists I encountered were Italians, French, and Spanish. I think I can count on one hand the number of American accents I heard. Kanazawa has great food, various older districts like Kyoto, and plenty of upscale shopping for those that love that aspect of Japan. Also rented a car and explored the West Coast of Japan into smaller towns which has some amazing scenery. Also, the Grand Class for the bullet train is amazing. Some random pics of Kanazawa, Shirakawa-go, and areas around Fukui.

After a long absence… and definitely biased by my recent trip to Japan. Started watching couple of the newer titles both available on Netflix. Dandadan and Frieren… two very different vibes. Any other fans of these two titles?

I could have said hello! But leaving Tokyo today for Kanazawa.

Good thing I’m not an overly anxious person as I come back from Japan next week. Naturalized citizen and all.

At the panel, Diego Luna during the interview described how fans should immediately rewatch Rogue One after the finale. So excited for this.

Yeah and thanks! First time, I’m a casual fan but it’s amazing to see the passion here from a wide group of fans from all over the world.

The Little Texas Bar in Meguro is kitschy as one can imagine. But what a trip. Sat next to a gorgeous brunette but alas the music was loud and my game is weak. But at least we chatted and had a few laughs. 😂 IMG_2596.mov

Oh and double check which railway the pass does not cover... just in case there's a JR line for example your maps tell you to take and it's not part of the pass.

It's not as convenient as having the card virtually on the iPhone but it'll still work as far as ease of getting through the metros. Not sure about the 7-11 and vending machine. Think you need to get an actual IC card and top off with cash for that.

Delicious and umm... fun if you're into collecting tchotchkes! Let see which of the big 3 convenience stores you end up liking the most. I've now gravitated to getting them from bakeries instead.

Tokyo-area photo dump. Mix of iPhone 16 Pro and Fujix x100V. Really trying to focus on street photography on this trip.

Man… let’s win the series tomorrow. Please.

I mean... I sure as hell don't look forward to being sent to detention camps or worse.
