Serious question -- Avg yards per play on bubble screens?
More of a long-time lurker (since Shaggybevo) than a contributor ... but I had to login and ask ... Why the HELL do we keep calling the bubble screen? Never ever works!

Mississippi Burning director (Parker) dies
Just watched this movie for the first time, this past week. Been meaning to for a long time. Holy shit! Such a great movie. Not much of a Dafoe fan, but damn, he was good. And Hackman was badass, as always. RIP

Cloak Room Sucks
So, is this where the conservative posters hang out or what? Haha

The movie you just watched
Finally saw "Once Upon a Time in the West." Great movie, but awfully horribly slow. Henry Fonda can play a real mean SOB. Won't forget that child's face as he looks at Frank in the beginning. Is there a Spaghetti Westerns thread? If not, there should be.

Conan O'Brien Must Go
Really enjoyed the Norway episode last night. The wizard viking and the sex doctor were the funniest parts for me.

Chinatown
Recently, I saw Chinatown on Netflix for the first time. Thought it was really good. Jack Nicholson killed it, as usual. The ending was definitely tragic. Reviews online said that it's considered one of the best, if not, the best movie script of all time. To be honest, I don't see it. To be honest, i think "The Sting" had a better script. Since many of you are bigger movie buffs than me, any thoughts and comments might help explain.

Halloween/Horror Movie Thread
Saw two new horror movies over the last few days ... The Thing (1982) was awesome! The special effects was great. Love the mystery of who is really an alien and who isn't. The Strangers (2008) was good, but felt something was missing. The camers shots where the killers were in the background was scary!

BS High - Max (HBO)
Saw it last night! Incredible how much of a snake Ron is.

From (2022)
Really enjoyed the first season. Feels like Lost with Zombies in it. Hopefully, the big reveal won't be stupid.

I rarely post, but definitely in before classics. This could be as good as the co-op statues thread on shaggy.- Actors best and worst performance
Yea, he's hilarious in Canadian Bacon! Would recommend. 😊- Actors best and worst performance
John Candy Best: Planes, Trains, Automobiles Worst: ?- Texas Football 2021 In-Season Thread: Can we get a redo?
When saw Sark on the sidelines, it looked like he was thinking / assessing the field and the next play, especially with his clipboard. I really appreciated that. Unlike Charlie looking like a deer in the highlights or Tom looking like scare as shit.- COVID-19 2nd wave - Texas only - Stats and such
