  1. Are y'all talking about 365 or standard Office? I don't pay very much for standard Office.
  2. Same age as my dad - We still go fishing but who knows how long that will last. Aging really sucks - I'm not ready for it and can't accept mortality.
  3. I understand alalogies fine. What I don't understand is your statement, "I like tease him it’s the edge of Spring". I just figured shrooms but I guess hillbilly gibberish was the correct answer. OTOH, por qué no los dos.
  4. Back when I was there, the high school was probably 90/10 Texas to A&M and Kinkaid was even more one-sided. That was before Spring Branch and Westchester closed, though.
  5. Take a deep breath. I was asking a question about the Woodlands. I was not providing answers. I just wanted an assessment. But if it makes you feel any better, my brother gives me shit all the time about Houston. Since the 90s I’ve gone to Santa Fe more than Houston and when I go to Houston I’m pretty lame and visit my brother and parents and don’t really bother to see friends. This means that I don’t really know Houston anymore and will mention some place the Ginger Man or Pig and Whistle or some place and I’ll be quickly informed that the place closed like 25 years ago. Alls good and it may not have come across correctly, but I just wanted more info.
  6. I know Westfield is ghetto now and people have moved out from there to the Woodlands. However, in the mid-80s I lived in Parapet next to about 6 engineers who all went to Spring Westfield and they all sent their kids to UT. So maybe the Woodlands isn’t all Aggie. Plus, I thought the Woodlands was mainly Oil and Gas - Doesn’t that mean there are a lot of UT PetEs living there?
  7. I’ve said it before - I really like this guy’s film.
  8. What's funny is that after all the gnashing of teeth, if we get the tOSU guy and pick up a quality starter like the Clemson guy in the spring, we will end up better at DL than we were this past year.
  9. Sorry, you are correct. I don't know where Dulles and Elkins kids go. I don't even know the demographic there - Other than it being different than the BraeBurn CC demographic and that's as close as I ever get these days.
  10. There was that and they all went to school in Klein which is an aggie area.
  11. Bruce Matthews is in the Hall of Fame and went to USC before the the Oilers/Titans. He played something like 19 seasons without missing a game. He later became a coach. His kids were all aggies. Mike Munchak is also in the Hall of Fame. He went to Penn State. He had a pretty long coaching career in the NFL after he retired as a player. Dean Steinkuhler went to Nebraska, was the Outland Award winner, and was picked 2nd in the draft. He won rookie of the year, but knee injuries caught up with him. Gene Chilton played at Texas and then the Chiefs. Omar Saleh started at Texas when Texas wasn't very good. He was too small and not strong enough to have an NFL future.
  12. Hey, I’m confident in my online opinion as my brother and I have discussed line play ad nauseam with Munchak and Matthews, and Dawson (not so much Steinkuhler) back in the day. And my brother would analyze a play with Dawson and say what was done right and wrong. And if it matters, I used to be friends with Gene Chilton and Omar Saleh as well as some other old timers. Acquaintances with Dan Neil. Nic Robertson is a take as a center. Turntine is a take at any position. Ojo is a take at tackle. That’s all I’ve liked so far.
  13. Yeah, I’m not talking about true starvation, more like eating lunch and then having nuts and fruit when I get home. I say starvation simply because I’m use to eating a whole lot more.
  14. Is username from the Caribbean island? I've gone diving there probably 20 times.
  15. I was looking at our recruiting in 2021, 2022, and 2023. 2021 was only ranked 15th according to 247, but that class was pretty damn good compared to 2022 and 2023.
  16. Yeah, DL is going to be fine. I don't think we will see much of a drop-off. January will be improved. We will probably bring in the tOSU guy and Shaw seems to have turned a corner. Brevard is a zero technique and will play situationally. We will miss Norton, Collins, and Broughton but those guys aren't as irreplaceable as Sweat and Murphy were. The biggest issue is that we have gotten nothing out of DL recruiting in 2022 and 2023. Personally, my concerns are at corner, interior OL, WR and TE. Considering we had an inconsistent offense last year, the loss of talent at WR, TE, and the offensive line is troublesome.
  17. I'm doing a starvation diet for the heck of it - I don't really need to lose weight but I'm kind of nostalgic for the days when I had a 6 pack and no body fat. I'm transitioning towards retirement and have a sandwich and sun chips for lunch and go work out on the way home and then just have some nuts and fruit for dinner. I'm real hungry in the morning, but in the evening I'm pretty good. Unfortunately, I think I have only lost about 7lbs in a month and a half and I'll probably gain it back in a weekend, but at least I'm putting in the effort. The interesting thing is that up until I started the diet, I ate a whole lot more but now I don't miss it. It feels like my stomach has shrunk.
  18. Nantz did his first play by play calling my high school football game vs. Dulles.
  19. Unfortunately, I think that describes Sark as well.
  20. Well, what is that like?
  21. All of a sudden I have a craving for Hostess Donuts.
  22. I make it a point these days to avoid wearing a suit. Just put me in my coffin wearing a banana hammock.
  23. Is the audio track on the video on Jennifer Aniston's house AI generated? It seems like a huge percentage of the YouTube videos that a watch these days have monotone/robotic voices. Also, the water holding tank could just as easily be a cistern with a battery powered pump.
