  1. That dude will be a new Texas state senator soon.
  2. Oblate Cafe? Is this some kind of Blanco Cafe knockoff? I've never heard of it, but I was raised on Blanco Cafe.
  3. That shit never made sense, and this is what happens when you let an SWT student do math.
  4. GUNBUNNY is a term for the dude that takes all the money shots in a gay bukkake porn movie. That dude's beard is like crispier than a cum sock.
  5. KFC had one too. I ate at a KFC once in the late 90s and I think I am still burning off those calories.
  6. I am pretty sure that guy swam for Texas.
  7. I Recently switched to maintenance and currently consuming 220g of protein and, 2900 calories a day over a 7-day period. I sometimes go under or over regarding calories but average, 2900/day a week. Main protein sources from today were eggs, cheese, milk, salmon, chicken, chicken sausage, salmon, sardines, Greek yogurt and rice/lentils.
  8. I think this dude played with the Ramones back in '78 or at least he looks like someone who would have.
  9. For some reason, Protestants seem to have an obsession with masculinity. There were Christian masculinity movements in the past, particularly in the Victorian era but those were more Dead Poets Society and Rugby than what we see today. The current iteration is just a mishmash of manosphere talking points and bizarre bible studies with the occasional reference to John Piper.
  10. Out of curiosity, have you ever read Thoughts Upon Slavery by John Wesley?
  11. This dude is a quack and peddling heresy. His explanation of Matthew 16:18 makes absolutely no sense. Try reading some C.S. Lewis and stop watching Charlie Kirk YouTube videos. C.S. Lewis touched on this subject in Mere Christianity where he described what a Christian society would be like if one were to exist. It was nothing like what Kirk is describing in that video. It would be a society guided by Christ's teachings and economically left with a socially Christian culture that isn't forced by the government. Lewis, in my opinion does an excellent job of addressing patriotism and nationalism from a Christian perspective in The Four Loves. He addresses Charlie Kirk's assertion regarding one nation being better than all others in the qoute below.

    London

This. My travels to London regarding food were best experienced like in America, eating ethnic food. Indian, African, Levantine and even Italian were so good.
  13. Well, that and Greek pagan philosophy heavily infiltrated the Roman Catholic Church via Augustine and Aquinas so much that it shaped Protestant theology to the point that it was mere reactionism. Protestantism is just a reaction to earlier Protestantism (Great Schism). Look to the East for true Christianity. The rest of us our just cos playing.
  14. I don't know, but it was a Syrian that first introduced me to Levantine cuisine, and for that I will be forever grateful.
  15. There were a lot of wackadoo's in the history of Christianity. Once Luther let loose the idea of individual interpretation, the Christian religion was destined to become fractured and to become an umbrella of different opposing religions, all within the guise of "Christianity." Western Christianity is a DIY project.
  16. Charleston in the Fall is amazing. I have stayed at Daniel Island several times in October and love it.
  17. Her at the time and it was a one time beej, not a mistress. According to her there wasn't even a kiss just the beej.
  18. That looks badass, but also a heat stroke waiting to happen between August and October.
  19. lol I think it actually was expanded to September 23rd or 24th due to the fact nobody knows if Jesus uses GMT, UMT, Epoch or Daylight Saving Time.
  20. Waiting on the Rapture.
