Laugh. If they’re really self aware they will turn on their masters, the sec. nothing would be funnier than them complaining about their conference for treating them like the doormats they’ve always been.

Will they begin to blame bama more than they still blame UT for everything that goes wrong?

The aggy become realistic when they're denied the luxury of their cream puff OOC slate. Colorado, Abilene Christian, Fresno and UNT will be replaced with the likes of UF and UGA, that's 4 easy wins replaced with 2 likely losses. The aggy are going to turn on Jumbo quickly after this season.

They aren't going to turn on him just yet.. they make excuse after excuse for Jimbo.  Looch will spin this season as the greatest tragedy to hit a championship favorite team, in covid.

A DL of Sanders, Thomas, Turner, Ike, Regis, with DH Jr possibly spinning down to DE would be the #1 DL class in the country.  I think we land Turner and will probably take one of Ike and Regis.

Pair those guys with Collins and Broughton from last year with an elite pass rusher in Dorbah coming from the LB spot.... we're looking at a lot of sacks in the future.

Props to Herman for upgrading this position to the likes of Bama, LSU, Clemson.

Are you kidding me??  EVERYONE knows to complete the best DL class in the country you need someone from MD, NJ, ME, DE---- @jordanaggie, probably.

Whoever has better Covid-19 protection resources.  Game needs to be at least 2 weeks before the first B12 conference game though...

If they keep the bulls on labor day weekend, it would give them 3 full weeks before playing at KSU.  Personally I'd rather them move up the season a week and play South Florida.  Then play second week of September vs UTEP. Feel like two games under the belt should have the team in sink before boarding a plane to Manhattan.

Seems like 9 conference games plus one non-conference game makes most sense.  Have an extra off week and spread games out to allow more schedule flexibility...

So who do you prefer playing to work the kinks out early in September..South FL or UTEP?

  6. Listening to the Mark Packard show on SiriusXM, he's going over some stats he stumbled into. Jimbo is 3-12 in his last 15 games vs the top 25 schools.  Harbaugh is 2-13.  The best? Ogre with a 12-3 record.

BTW Mark was asking if you had one game which the teams were equally talented, playing at a neutral site and your life depended on it... who would you choose?  First two answers, Brian Harsin and Mack Fn Brown.

Clelin Ferrell, Christian Wilkins, and Dexter Lawrence all dropped like a rock with their ACC backgrounds down to   *checks notes* 4th, 13th, and 17th overall. Imagine the millions they left on the table by not going to Tennessee. ESS EE CEE!  ESS EE CEE!  ESS EE CEE!

That's the type of pitch Texas is fighting.. Can't wait til April so they can begin to pushback that narrative.  Idiots keep cheering conferences rather than selling the individual school.  Has TN put more multiple 1st rounders than Clemson has in the past few drafts?  Or will TN fans then use the conference numbers to combat Clemson?

Honestly, no it hadn’t. I assumed (perhaps foolishly) that the kid was talented enough to have garnered said offers.
At any rate, I do wish him much luck.

lots of offers go out to many kids.. however committable offers are something else.. then the school still needs to want you before saying yes. Dirty game man

John Mackovic would be proud of Riley for this one ::

This guy is an actual answer to the lack of physicality on defense. He's an incredible athlete and while I'm sure he'd succeed at RB or HB, there is no world in which he should be doing anything at OU other than playing LB.

McGowan, Pledger, Major, Brooks, Stevenson - the RB room looks really deep and Major is a big powerful runner and a RS FR. I just don't get it.

I thought we wanted him as a H-back/TE right?

Obviously. Taking Myslinski in July is  a general sign of how bad OL recruiting is going. But also Connor has positional flexibility, back when this board thought we were landing errbody, the idea was that Connor could move inside. If we landed two big time tackles he could become a far superior interior take, but we didn’t land shit. And now we’re taking Myslinski.

Myslinski isn't a bad take compared with James.  I get it, we didn't land Tommy, but isn't Myslinski better on tape than James at C?
