  1. Great stop. Let’s get a quick TD and slurp their souls from the skull of Judge.
  2. Thank you for that. It balances the joy of a nice TD run. You’re a great American.

  7. Looks like he got a bull moose, too! What a day!
  8. The light scares away the darkness. Life is what you make of it. If you're not laughing you're not doing life in the correct manner. I refuse to go down without laughing and running my mouth.
  9. Just married Mrs. deadshank and 11 months later she came home the afternoon before I was to go on a 10 day elk hunt to tell me she has ovarian cancer. The noise of a stylus digging into the grooves of an LP was seared into my mind. Of course, I stayed in Houston and the affair played out over the next few weeks. She turned up fine and I'm pleased to report she has been busting my balls ever since. (I lost my mother to OC when I was 2 so this was especially dicey for me.)
  10. Too bad you’re in a pinch. Falling prey to the “we will deal with the insurance company” line with a contractor versed in Insurnace claims and emotionally charged consumers is a transaction ripe for chicanery. From what I recall in my brief bidness forays into SECSECSECLand, Georgia, like most of the southeast, is a “lien first” state; whereby a mechanics lien can be put on real property upon contract execution and prior to work on said real property. File the lien, do the work, get paid, release the lien.

  12. A friend of mine had us out to his place south of Hondo this past weekend. All croton field with shredded strips. The bird count was simply finominile. The type of hunt you get every now and again. Eye-popping numbers of birds that never stopped coming in and wouldn’t leave. Kept buzzing us when we were leaving. What a day. Get to the 1:00 mark where the birds really start to stir. IMG_5929.mov
