  1. Kelvin Banks flipped twice, Jaylon Guilbeau flipped twice, Deandre Moore same deal, if we get Hilson that’s two flips, I’m probably forgetting others. It’s all about the eval.
  2. Outside of taking the cheese here and there, gbenda has been consistently solid this year. He’s a pretty good straight line athlete too.
  3. If we’re throwing in previous regimes, then you definitely gotta mention Okam and Orakpo too
  4. He’s actually had some good snaps this year, but far from dominant and runs out of gas too quickly. Tough to watch when he and Bledsoe are out there at the same time.
  5. That’s fair, maybe he’s good enough in run support to justify any coverage deficiencies too.
  6. Looks like he may grow into a nickel/safety with that frame. Dunno how well he moves, very high cut looking athlete.
  7. Yea, I’d be shocked if we take a portal LB. Maybe one CB if guys aren’t showing enough and a clear upgrade presents itself. I could see a S too to maintain the ability to rotate quality guys. DT is the key spot on defense, probably 2-3 guys. I could also see a DE or two. Taking a TE makes sense, but that may be it for offense. I’m sure Sark will go after a badass receiver though.
  8. Haven’t been following the thread, but in reaction to Texas being #1 for the next couple of weeks: Times like this are when we really reinforce the standard of what this program is all about.
  9. Fuck UTSA. Arch has the juice. It’ll be even crazier once he really gets comfy.
  10. That’s a pass that Quinn doesn’t make. Arch needs to move in the pocket a bit better though
  11. Arch takes this team to a whole different level offensively.
  12. David gbenda everybody
  13. Especially since Texas and Michigan are at the top of his list. He’s also a Texas kid and a high priority target.
  14. If Michelle is his cousin then it sounds like Shannon was the one running into her.
  15. Decisión date meaning announcing his commitment date for November 21st or something sometime in the near future. Then the public decision being made on the date he decided to do it.
  16. When he’s good, he’s really good. But, he whiffs and misses assignments in pass pro too often. He would benefit from another year, but I don’t think that’s what he has in mind.
  17. Quinn looked like a surefire first rounder after his game in Tuscaloosa last year too. Then he played Wyoming and looked like warmed over dogshit. Let's see him bail Sark out of less than stellar gameplans and elevate his team when they are not at their best. That said, if he does this against Georgia, he's gonna go top 10, even if he's under 6'2.
  18. Mukuba is having a hell of a game. That one may stand.
  19. This is actually a bigger factor in this game. They're really not committing to the run like they want to because they are terrified of giving up the big play
  20. Hayden Conner isn’t a road grader by any stretch, but he is a very good pass blocking guard. He also doesn’t get blown back too often. Jake Majors plays with good leverage, awareness, and nastiness when he isn’t illegal snapping or false starting. DJ Campbell is probably gonna see fewer snaps this week if he hasn’t stepped it up significantly in practice. Cole Hutson looked promising last week. Wouldn’t call our interior OL a weakness.
  21. I skimmed it, it basically downplays all of Texas’ strengths while failing to mention how they match against Michigan’s counterparts. Im sure he thinks he did something with all the time he spent on it, but it was lacking in both depth and balance.
  22. It wasn’t his kind of game. I doubt Michigan will be either unless we make them throw deeper routes.
  23. So, they’d better hope their former walk on cancer survivor QB turns out to be their Colt McCoy. And even then, they lose by 17. Got it.
  24. The idea that they were holding Alex Orji back, despite the fact that he needs all the snaps he can get to become a competent passer, is laughable. He isn’t even what Jalen Milroe was when we played them last year.
  25. The only way this is close is if Michigan’s OL can consistently dominate our defensive front. Our guys turning the ball over a bunch early could also make things interesting, like the OU game last year Will Johnson is nice, especially in man coverage, and he might be concerning if we only had Worthy. They have holes in their secondary that we won’t even need a ton of time from the OL to exploit. On top of that, pass protection is the strength of our OL, sans DJ Campbell. Michigan has a great front against the run, but if they’re worried about getting torched in the pass game, how effective/aggressive will they be?
