  1. I bet you blew his flute a few times over they ears. NTTAWWT
  2. so it's robert f. KAHN!, junior, then? If somebody posted the pro-horse paste guy to treat worms would have worms and increasing his polling for President of the United States on this site a few years ago...this entire site would have been shut down and we'd all be inside padded white rooms waiting for arts & crafts time. And now we're legitimately debating, "We'll have to see how this impacts Michigan and Wisconsin"
  3. Who the hell were you guys you thought you could score to Brian Eno or Bread or Enya? According to the 5-point plan of Trans-Am pussy getting, it's Side 2 of Led Zeppelin IV or go home with blue balls. Everybody knows that
  4. Man, you're obsessed on some clown from the 70's man! Oh wait, you're literally talking about a guy with orange facepaint who first became famous in the 1970's with fake hair and cartoonishly oversized clothes? Got it. ISWYDT
  5. Well if the protests don't work out for them, they have a bright future in the A&M Corps of Cadets Marching Band. Fake Resistance, Fake Army, Fake Band.
  6. 29%? Seriously? He doesn''t even really even a marked position on Gaza and most of that generation doesn't even know the Kennedy "brand." What fucking year is this? /RIProbin That's actually bad news, bullshit aside. Because people who claim to support a 3rd party/independent candidate actually do get off their ass, unlike most U30 voters who claim to be a liberal or conservative, actually pull a ballot lever. Been that way for the last 30 years across two generations of young voters. This ain't good news.
  7. Yeah, I gotta give her partial credit. For once, a lunatic GOP'er screaming, "IN TWO WEEKS!" actually did something they promised within a fortnight. But if I'm the Democrats, I let this drag out as long as possible through procedural and floor debate drama. It's one thing to humiliate her with such a resounding vote, but let her continue to humiliate herself and her party with some technicalities. I don't get the rushed play here.
  8. Turn on 'Anti-Shock' and 'Bass-Boost' at the same time on your Discman connected to your car stereo by ^^^ that bad boy. And you can almost listen to all of one live track by the Grateful Dead.
  9. Yeah, I don't get it. /BillyMadison You take that worm down by the gravel pit and you shoot that fucking worm in the fucking head. Or tail. Or whichever end. Then you get out there, and you find that fucking dog! This is absolutely amazing to me. We are choosing between an 81yo, an about to be convicted felon, and a guy who thinks it's fun to talk about a worm that ate into his brain like it's a fun Pink Floyd lyric The likely VP nominees are people who don't know whether or not they met the head of North Korea (kind of a memory maker) and the ex-wife of Sergey Brin whom he left because she was too crazy for his weird ass and thinks IVF generates kids with autism. I have often remarked in presentations to students and business colleagues that there has never been a decade in recorded history when the arrogance of humanity has not proclaimed that they were living in some significant moment in history. Usually an "end-time" or at least era of vast historical impact. It's just how we're wired. To think that we are the end result of tens of thousands of years of evolution/progress/development/favor of the God(s). But this is it folks. Call us arrogant, ignorant, or just plain twisted. It's an insult to much of the current human race who is just trying to survive day to day. But we are 99% assuredly living in some kinda fucked up timeline that wasn't supposed to happen. If RFK, Jr. drove Cheryl to hang herself tomorrow and then drove another mistress off a fucking bridge while applying anti-worm paste to his head...............would any of us even bat an eye?
  10. I think we're all likely humorous IRL, with original funniness. But there is not a May that goes by when the bugs start getting into our house that I don't scream this on a near daily basis. And hearing my wife shout it as she kills a mosquito or tree-roach in a dead ringer voice for Frank Costanza. Four Seasons quotes by Frank Costanza in my home: February---"And you turn my home into. Into, Bourbon Street." May---"I will not tolerate infestation!" August---"She was sickly from the moment I met her!" December---"And now as Festivus rolls on, we come to the Airing of the Grievances!" I think somewhere in there, we talk about our children and make a grocery list.
  11. ^ And that's fair. For a state our size to have such a pathetic offering of higher education options is a fucking disgrace. Don't get me wrong, UTSA, UT-Dallas, UT-Arlington, and a few others have really upped their game in the last decade or two. But overall, we're nowhere even sniffing the jock of the UC System. Much as we like to brag about the "Texas Miracle", it ain't because we have quality education at any level save for a few outliers. Plus the moronic redundancy of 7 systems when no other state in our country has more than 2 is just another stick in the eye. And UT-Austin simply cannot grow more because of the limits on funding that mathematically exist from the PUF/AUF and the Legislature. Add on top of that the inability to physically grow because of land constraints in our urban campus and the moronic expansion of our "limited" state government's physical footprint between MLK and 11th Street. Remember that once a decade trip you took to that one state building on official business? Yeah, that's why UT-Austin can't grow. We aren't racing to the bottom. We're sprinting and nearly out of breath.
  12. Because they're more worried about what his incarceration would look like to the rest of the world and our paper-holders and allies, than what his re-election would look like internally. He goes to jail or dies of anything but natural causes with full transparency and we descend into a pitfall that will make J6 look like a fraternity prank. We lose reserve currency status, all our notes get called, our global equity positions are proper fucked, we have to retract hundreds of thousands of personnel, our trade agreements and diplomatic status get called to the mat, and our superpower status is lowered down a couple of notches. He will lose and will protest it, and with violence. And we simply have to power through it. Then he dies. And we have to power through that backlash. We have a decade-long battle ahead of us that will take the lives of thousands of Americans and soil the childhood of our daughters. But it has to be done. It was always going to result in something like this. It was just our time. Guys like you and me like this place and do our part to improve it, but me personally? I couldn't have done what my grandfather did. I couldn't have stormed Normandy or Okinawa to preserve our way of life. But there's another wave coming and it's our time to hurt bad people. I think I'm finally ready. And the kicker is I think there's a way to have them take one another out.
  13. This reminds me of a scene in "Animal House", a very thoughtful think-piece of socio-political commentary plus booze and handjobs. My father finished his U.S. Navy service. And went on the G.I. Bill to a little private school with a great transporation/logistics program called Tri-State University in Angola, Indiana. He only did two years because he was called back home by my grandfather to help reboot the family business. But there's a scene with Dean Wormer, which ends up being hilarious, where he sternly tells the frat guys that he has informed their local draft boards of their expulsion and that they are all now eligible for military service. And I was a teenage watching with my dad, and I asked him why that such a big deal. He finished his service out with one year off the coast of Vietnam. And went to school with a lot of guys what would end up not being able to afford college/flunked out/etc. And he told me that those kind of young men were ideal draftees because while they dropped out/flunked out, at least they made it into college and the Military knew they could at least read and write and do some basic tasks. The tectonic shift in college demography is being done intentionally. We're forgiving loans because it's good for the economy and workforce in the long-run. In the meantime, young men are being 'encouraged' to not attend university, to not take out 'deadbeat loans', to not engage in a holistic, classical education. For the very simple reason, that's how to keep men in the dark. Hungry, starved for female connection, and collegial bonding. That's how you raise an army. Get them just smart enough to do basic shit and follow orders, deny them interpersonal interaction. And then turn them loose. You think this last round of student loans is dangerous, wait until I release millions of barely-educated, sex-starved, frustrated young men who think the future has been taken from them by Asian and Latino students and girls who won't return their texts. First I convinced their grandfathers that America has been taken over by elites. Then i convinced their fathers that America has been taken over by immigrants. Now I will convince the youngest generation that America and its educated system and job opportunities has been denied to them because of deadbeat students of loan relief programs and college just isn't for them, it's for Art History and African Studies pussies. That's how we raise an army of stupids. We have done this a thousands times throughout history. It's so easy, it's not even fair...
  14. I'm not gonna lie to you, Donald. That doesn't make any sense. It is Sex Predator, not Sex Panther. And that is a scientific fact. I don't know why we're yelling!
  15. ^ Public School Recapture/Texas Education Agency/State Government, "It was my understanding that there would be no math. So we cut that programatic course." Maybe we'll save tax money by making our own fuel, beer, and roads. Oh, wait. Seriously, it used to be a bad punchline but this state is racing its fucking ass off to the bottom.
