  1. "They let you" doesn't typically lead to multiple rape allegations by women as young as 13.
  2. Never concerned about how you feel about any of the Democratic candidates, since you will ultimately vote for the guy who will lie about anything and everything as small as what he had for breakfast regardless of what happens in the primaries. GTFO with your concern trolling over Warren's heritage.
  3. See, now you're starting to get it.
  4. You know what? Fuck you. You realize immigrants can't vote in federal elections, right? It's Republicans who have abdicated their duty to stop foreign interference in our elections, who have benefited the most from gerrymandering, who have suppressed democracy where they can, who have supported Citizens United, and who have been caught engaging in voter fraud in multiple states. Republicans are well aware that they can't maintain power with free and fair elections and act accordingly. See Mitch McConnell. Your political party is anti-democracy, so get the fuck out of here with your "Democrats want to cheat at the ballot box with illegals" bullshit that has been proven false by investigations under both Trump and W.
  5. I don't want to speak for anyone else, but the full quote and the post it was replying to was discussing comics being PC and offending people. There's a made up victim complex that the shows of yesterday wouldn't make it on the air in today's PC environment. Sorry, but yesterday's shows would be relegated to network TV because they aren't dirty enough for any other channels. A decade ago 30 Rock was dropping lemon party references on NBC, but we're supposed to act like Seinfeld's PG show wouldn't make it past the FCC? Come on...
  6. This movie was fucking awesome and I don't get the criticism. Tarantino keeps getting better at making movies, and you're a bummer if this movie bored you. I can't wait to watch it again. Added bonus: One of the shittiest posters ever in Shaggy/Surly history, Rex Kramer, is likely pissed at a pit bull being a hero of the movie.
  7. Not to nitpick but Trump first ran for president in the 2000 election. They will literally lie about anything regardless of how small to make Trump look good.
  8. I'm confused....did he piss away large talent advantages or leave the cupboard bare? Let's stick to one narrative here. Mack left the program in worse shape than it was from 2004-2009. He got lazy, entitled, forgot how to evaluate talent, whatever you want to call it. Nobody argues that. The program regressed further under Charlie. Make up any reason you want, Mack's last two teams beat Strong's third and final team. Without Foreman crushing it in 2016, Charlie possibly has a worse record than Kansas. In year 3. Other than beating OU once, I'm struggling to think of all these surprise wins under Charlie.
  9. Mack had one season where he had a losing record and didn't make a bowl. He was still winning 8 games and going bowling when he stepped down. Strong only made it to a bowl once and it was one of our most embarrassing bowl losses of all time to a former rival. There is no comparison.
  10. Tahoe and the same people fighting green, renewable energy today are the same who cried and stomped their feet in protest because the government said they should use better light bulbs.
  11. He's also not trying to help some rapper he's never heard of get out of prison in Sweden because he cares. His "friend" and one of his few public black supporters asked him to. It's nothing more than a political move. He also isn't calling out a city because it "makes minorities victims due to blight". He could have named any number of large urban cities in the United States. He specifically called out a city represented by a minority who has been critical of him. Trump has found that picking fights with minority members of congress is a strategy that wins him points with his base. EMA and his ilk pretending he's not a racist and is doing all this for the benefit of minorities is laughable. That meme was probably created shortly before telling white friends at a party, "It's okay, Kanye's one of the good ones."
  12. I can't remember the specifics like milligrams or anything. I just took it as directed. The first time I ordered a bottle from Charlotte's Web before stores started popping up locally all over the place. I got the "regular" formula or whatever they call it. Then I tried it again with a local shop that popped up in DFW and tried their extra strength. I just never really noticed anything with either. I'm not criticizing the stuff or trying to say it doesn't work for a lot of people, I'm just saying it didn't do anything for me.
  13. I really liked "I Am Legend." I'm struggling to think of anything he's done since then that I've liked. Just to clarify, I haven't seen Aladdin.
  14. Why would Trump need to read a comic book? Trump is a very stable genius who knows more about comic books than anyone. Many people are saying that Stan Lee learned everything he knew about comics from Donald Trump.
  15. I've heard great things from other people who've used CBD, but I personally never noticed a thing when taking it. I took it for arthritis I have in my knee. Ibuprofen worked better.
  16. This again? Based on what? There's nothing offensive about it. The show is syndicated and replayed 20 times a day. Nobody cares.
  17. I managed to fit it in today before it left theaters. I liked it but still liked Hereditary a bit more.

    It: Chapter 2

They nailed it with casting. Bill Hader is great.
  19. Say what you will about Clerks and Mallrats, at least they're not Tusk or Yoga Hosiers.
  20. He's nowhere near the top, but there's plenty worse than him. He's in the same company of people like RIcky Gervais and Adam Devine. People who get famous from a television series and then get their own mediocre standup specials that probably wouldn't have been greenlit if not for an already famous face behind it.
  21. The movie was probably my favorite super hero film after Nolan's Dark Knight Trilogy. I know I'm in the minority of people who loved the movie. The Leftovers was also one of my all-time favorite television series. There's no way I'm not watching this.
  22. Last I heard it was only going to play as a Fathom event for two nights, so the studio must not be expecting much. I'll probably see it for nostalgia's sake, but Kevin Smith hasn't made a good movie in a while. And I'm not even sure if the "good" ones were actually good or if I just have a soft spot for movies that appealed to the high school version of me.
  23. You can skip over the 1990's Pierce Brosnan era, but you owe it to yourself to see Daniel Craig's Bond before making that claim.

    Beto 2020

I didn't consider a vote in that election thanks to laws at the time that didn't allow kids in elementary school to vote. Yes, I can remember him being a big deal and winning a chunk of the popular vote, but I also know it translated to him winning zero electoral college votes. So if that election were held tomorrow, I would still consider a vote for him as a waste of time.
