  1. Past hour
  2. Damn, Herbert getting murdered back there. He needs a new organization.
  3. Now it’s really over. Oh well, one dud out of 4. I’m sure this league will cry itself all the way to the bank when the ratings are released.
  4. This has to be the last year national media gives him a complete pass despite him having just as much playoff success as Tua, right? Everyone is rightfully saying Tua's career as a starter is likely done, yet Herbert is somehow still a no-brainer franchise qb.
  5. Rooting around in the issue of Supremacy Clause immunity, something I did not know. Idaho charged FBI Ruby Ridge sniper Lon Horiuchi with manslaughter for the death of Vickie Weaver. Horiuchi removed the case to federal court, where the trial court dismissed the case. On appeal, the en banc 9th Circuit said there were too many factual questions to grant Horiuchi immunity from prosecution. https://law.justia.com/cases/federal/appellate-courts/F3/253/359/576174/ Idaho later dismissed the case. This is actually pretty on point with the Ross/Good case: A questionable shoot (questionable for Horiuchi, pretty much bad for Ross) leading to no immunity.
  6. At least we skipped the fig leaf pearl clutching over mOrTgAgE FrAuD this time and just jumped right to the point.
  7. I was a student at UT '87-'91. Austin population was 465k. Now it's over 1 million.

  11. Yeah, him and half of California. In 1970, the population of Austin was 251,000. Now, it's, it's . . . aw, fuckit. Get off my lawn.

  15. One boring game…. the NFL’s product sucks. I fucking swear. Yet you’ll be posting dozens of times tomorrow for a product that ‘sucks’.

  17. Tre Richardson committed to Louisville.
  18. America’s lumpenproletariat. Only the proles are truly free. If you or I threw a cup of beer at people, we’d face consequences.
