  1. Reminds me of Karl Pilkington filling out a job application in the UK.
  2. I woke up to watch and after the T1 I decided to rest my eyes for a second and then when I opened them it said B5. These new rules to speed up the game have gone too far.
  3. I want to live in El Pedregal.
  4. I'm not sure but it wouldn't surprise me.
  5. Black Bear was a common food stuff in North Carolina in the 19th and early 20th century. I'm assuming it tasted like garbage.
  6. Minimum security facility for elderly inmates that is right next to Zoo Miami where they can hear the lions roar. I'm sure it'll be just like Shawshank 🙄
  7. Sure it was but then the world went to shit afterwards.
  8. My favorite part, Payments as low as USD $41,535.00 / monthly*
  9. If anyone is there on a Sunday, then I definitely recommend Basílica de Santa María de Guadalupe during church hours. It's a completely different experience than anything I've ever seen religiously. Also Mercado San Juan (the Centro one) > Mercado Roma
  10. Sichuan Garden Or Sichuan House Either one works
  11. Oh man an elk burger from a Penelope's Old Time Burgers in Estes Park after a day of hiking RMNP sounds amazing right about now.
  12. Yeah we all knew this post was coming because Teflon Don.
  13. The one that gets me is that Toronto is south of Monaco.
  14. @slorch, how the hell did y'all lose a series to us? We're as bad as it gets in power conference baseball.
  15. Mine did too until I stupidly tried to mess with the dewberry with them and got a shit ton of thorns in my fingers. New gloves were purchased that very day.
  16. I had no idea @ztejas was a plant for the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya.
  17. I'll be happy with a GD of -3 in that group.
  18. I made the mistake of buying Mt Olive jalapenos one time and I'm pretty sure they're still in the fridge almost full all these years later.
  19. My mom's hometown and you haven't lived until you're an 11-year-old sitting on the pier fishing in 39-degree weather because you're heading back to CenTex once Christmas break is over. Yeah it might be cold right now but that Alamo Bowl between Northwestern and Nebraska is on the television tonight and we're going to warm up some tamales from last week and fry some shrimp for the game because who knows Northwestern might stun the world and there sure as hell isn't anything else to do unless you want to drive to Port Lavaca and their two-screen theater (the ate her). Quarter of a century later and the only family left there is buried, and lord knows when the next time I'll get to visit will be.
  20. Yup Also Haiti was a pariah state for a long time because they were blacks that rebelled against their colonial masters, and it hurt more than just the feelings of the French.
  21. Really? I would have thought that the big boys in the parochial scene would be considered much more rigorous than the various FREEDOM!!! religious schools.
  22. Aren't most parochial schools generally considered leaps and bounds better than "Christ-based religious schools" both academically and reputationally? I worked with a Jewish guy from Philadelphia who knew every book of the Bible ten times better than my Baylor Alum ass from his time at a parochial school. He joked that most of the Jews in Philadelphia went to these schools and came out better Catholics than the Catholics that went to public school.
  23. I would have taken a point coming in, but this team even makes that result feel like absolute shit.
  24. 7:30 so the odor will have started by then.
