  1. I think Massey has this week and then he is down to Omaha. The FO doesn’t knee jerk much. This could be the last move until after the ASB. Cags to the rescue.
  2. Had to be a lefty hitter. JJ and Q love the LRLR lineup. I shoulda known better.
  3. Rosenqvist with the aggy helmet sticker. What will he run out of?
  4. Best driver, dontcha know.
  5. Wordle 1,436 2/6* ⬜🟩⬜⬜⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 I pulled another one out of my ass.
  6. 2 hits yesterday still left him in the bottom 5 WRC+ of all AL hitters.
  7. Massey. Option him to Omaha and bring up Devanney.
  8. I count 2 to go.
  9. Eye Herp, I have eye herp. Not a thing for only the olds but I'm an old and I have eye herp.
  10. Wordle 1,429 4/6* ⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜ ⬜⬜🟨⬜⬜ ⬜🟩🟩🟩⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 back to normal.
  11. Wordle 1,428 2/6* ⬜🟩🟩⬜⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 Wide awake at 3:00AM. Fuck
  12. Two Frogs Grill is a decent place to eat. The cocktails are good and they have live music sometimes. Dornick Hills Country Club is a Perry Maxwell design, same guy that did Prairie Dunes and Southern Hills, if you golf. That's all I've got. We usually stop for gas and bathrooms and move right along on our way to Austin.
  13. Do any of you RA sufferers have experience with Rheumatoid Lung Disease? I am going in for a CT scan in the next few days to see if my persistent cough is related to that.
  14. Sounds more like Nipsy Russell.
  15. It's removable so that it can be personalized or embroidered. Checking other forums it appears that it is some sort of state secret that Callaway and Titleist are guarding with their lives.
  16. A family member gifted me a 2024 Callaway ORG14 golf bag that is new with tags but missing the removable ball pouch cover. I don’t know why it is missing. The local pro called Callaway to see about getting a replacement. No dice. Do any of you knowledgeable sports know a way to get it replaced?
  17. Been in Kansas all my life and that's a new one to me, as well. Iowegians love their children more than we do.
  18. My daughter sent me this picture of a Gulf Marsh Snake. Her professor and a staff biologist had never seen one before. I’m not sure where in south texas they are but they were down there to observe baby gators. Edit to add that this was collected as part of a snake survey that Texas State is helping TWPD with.
  19. I'm pretty sure it's mostly made of fungus slathered in tar. Our house had it until we moved the house to a new location and replaced all of the sewer line with plastic.
  20. Back on the farm, as a young married man, MIL would boil the tongue on butchering day. She would refrigerate it and grind it the next day with pickle relish and onions to make a sandwich spread. It was good.
  21. We each had Grandparents that raised Rhubarb so it has always been a springtime ritual for us. ETA without the strawberries or mulberries to offset the sour it isn't very good.
  22. My wife and I are not good cooks or bakers, I would never try to compete with the crew that post in this thread. But I will post this picture of our first Rhubarb Strawberry pie of the season. We had to use store bought strawberries because ours aren't ready just yet. Our 3 Rhubarb plants are producing so much right now that we will use it about 10 different ways over the next 6 weeks. This pie will be gone by bedtime tomorrow.
  23. I have tried my hand at fried rice several times and have never been able to get as good as I get at a restaurant. Maddening. Probably something pretty simple that I'm botching but there it is.
  24. Cross posted from the Poor people food thread in Lulz. The rice was left over from Fridays gumbo. The milk was sour and we were out of half & half so I made do with real cream. It was fine.
  25. Tonight’s supper. Leftover rice from Fridays gumbo.
