  1. 'Cause we sure do need another pizza operation here in Drip. I went by with my son on opening day to get a free slice (after first doing the LonelyStar Roundup car show @ Fitzhugh & RR 12). All mid, generically meh.
  2. I didn't take a close look @ this when posted; that's a vinyl homeowner special. Insurance won't pay more than prob. $ 3.⁰⁰ foot on that, R&R. I have 2 Johnson City inspections coming up, 1 for the metal roof, another for a double wide. A friend said the office lady @ West Henly Materials (gravel, Decomposed Granite, etc.) has a hail stone in her office freezer that's supposedly larger than a football. *I have not seen pics, hail or office lady.
  3. Correct. The League is in the same ownership group as Rudy's & Mighty Fine; Italian on deck. I do not recall the name.
  4. Hi.Waving.RememberMe.jpg Pic of Johnson City shingle inspection. They are germtting a new roof, sure... however their damage is absolutely much less than what your pics show.
  5. Yeah, baseball hits in the yard = roof damage. I didn't even bother climbing on my own roof... Saw the hail (pics uploaded prior) & called it in. No need to go up. Next pic is from a house a short distance W of the Hays / Blanco line & N of 290. The difficulty here is getting the entire roof bought vs. "We're gonna only replace 8 or 9 panels. It's an exposed fastener system, so you don't need *EVERYTHING* R&R'd."
  6. I had lunch there yesterday (it is maybe a 13 minute drive from me). Gave my card, they said they won't know what's up until it rains. ¿today?
  7. Tried to edit in post production & get that Post Oak pic out of there... unsuccessful.
  8. This LAST pic is from Henly (started the file upload incorrectly) All other 📸 are @ my place, SE of Henly by ~12 minutes.
  9. Yes, I have people for that. I'm maybe 45 minutes from that end of S.M. With that type of damage, it is probable you also have shingle roof issues.
  10. Pics are all @ mi casa, 10 minutes SE of Henly. Get on board & vontact me ASAP because most of thst stuff will cause interior damage & you cannot wait. Hi.jpg
  11. Small (pea) medium (quarter) or large (golf ball or better)?
  12. I don't "storm chase", however I do travel if an opportunity comes up. We have done Houston, San Antonio, Frisco / McKinney / Amarillo / Lubbock... San Angelo wouldn't be an issue. (Apartments, Single Ply, metal, shingles). I guess I'm missing out by not cold calling & door knocking however I don't like being "that guy".

  14. Riddle me this... How can insurers view an insured as a liability but not the property? Hail claim? Well... what about historical records about storm prone areas such as Dallas. Cidtomer X lives in the Metroplex for 25 years & 3× is approved for roof replacements due to baseball sized (of larger) hail. Mr. X moves to coastal Oregon... cannot get coverage based upon prior 3 approved claims (unavoidable due to excessively large hits). That simply does not seem proper.
  15. As @nnmsaid, I was there for the hand job.
  16. Another one where "whitey" is not to blame.
  17. I watched her park - the white vehicle to the L was already there.
  18. @Superhero dropping the Surly top 3% humble right there.
