  1. I was gonna say, all that happened is Trump pressed the F key and walked away, then Baron kept looking at Manga or whatever.
  2. I dunno, I could get into watching aggy lose to Mississippi St on a semi-regular basis.
  3. Why is anyone bitching about this? We'll play ou, aggy, and Arky every year, plus 6 others in a rotation (home and home, I'm assuming?). And I like the insistence that one of the OOC games remains a P4 opponent. What exactly would have been better than this? Because this sounds fucking great.
  4. And their yard looks like shit now, doesn't it?
  5. Why, just because Obama was fit and Trump is a disgusting fatbody who drinks 11 sodas a day?
  6. And Tom Segura, Sebastian Maniscalco, Anthony Jeselnik, Nate Bargatze, Eliza Shlesinger, Taylor Tomlinson, etc. Standup comedy may not have a megastar like Eddie Murphy or Chris Rock right now, but there is a shit ton of good standup from the last 15 years, too.
  7. Right, I forgot that the Gospel of Osteen negated all that outdated stuff.
  8. 7 drops have hit my roof in Cedar Park. Ooh, shit, 8 and 9. It's on.
  9. I bet Scott Jennings also doesn't care what the people in Atlanta, Detroit, and Compton think. Just a hunch.
  10. This draft-dodging pussy just called himself a war hero. Fuck him, fuck his family, and fuck everyone who has ever pretended to even like him.
  11. Oh, I've read it, and the rest of the Bible. I've read most of the Qur'an, too. It's important to be able to confront these people on their own ground, and surprisingly easy to know it better than they do.
  12. "When a foreigner resides among you in your land, do not mistreat them. The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native-born. Love them as yourself, for you were foreigners in Egypt. I am the LORD your god." Leviticus 19:33-34 "Love thy neighbor as thyself" Jesus I'm an atheist, so why am I better at this than all of these believers?
  13. But losing that one guy costs their football team 0.27 of its team GPA.
  14. The biggest asshole I've ever worked for autosigned his emails with "Warm regards, Melvin." He'd type a couple of paragraphs of pure, uncut douche rocket, then you'd get that chipper signature. Wherever Melvin is today, I hope a bird shits into his coffee and he doesn't notice.
  15. Here we go again. Christ. Wait, that shouldn't stand. Great strike, but they pushed Caicedo 3 freaking feet.
  16. Glad I skipped this one. I had Khamzat by boring decision in my head, and I'm too old to stay up until midnight for that anymore.
  17. LOL at Putin wearing 3-inch elevator shoes and sliding slightly to the foreground to appear less miniature.
  18. No shit. I already said I'm generally the most anti-conspiracy guy in the room. But the official story here has a ton of problems, which have already been pointed out. You seem content to write that off as: dozens of highly trained professionals all made a shitload of mistakes on the same day. Okay. I would ordinarily agree with you, except that their mistakes and the resulting photo op just happened to be very good for an all-time con man. All I'm saying is that in this instance, I don't have any more difficulty believing the conspiracy than the official story. The whole thing is batshit crazy either way, and, stay with me here, Trump and his people are liars, cons, and masters of optics. So, yeah, I have questions when a con man gets a series of ridiculously lucky breaks right when he needed it the most. That's all.
  19. Ordinarily, I would agree with this. But Trump has no scar on his ear. And the Secret Service would never, ever, in a million years put him back into the line of fire like that. Believing the official story requires an awful lot of assumptions, so you can put Occam's Razor away. Whichever version is true is ridiculous and unbelievable. But in a real shooting, the one thing that is 100% predictable is the Secret Service's response. And that is not what we got.
  20. Yeah, I don't know all the ins and outs and what-have-yous. But I guess what I'm saying is that when a notorious con man is involved in something wildly unbelievable, it probably is. I thought it was somewhat suspicious at the time. Upon further review, I have a choice to believe that a kid was able to outwit dozens of members of one of the best security forces in the world, make his way to a relatively easy shot, then miss the shot by several inches, which happened to graze the president and create just enough blood for one of the all-time photo ops, with the Secret Service helping the once-and-future president back into the line of fire to facilitate it, etc. Or, the professional liars faked it. This is the only conspiracy theory I can think of where it takes more leaps of faith to believe the official story than the conspiracy. So, I think there very well might be something to it.
  21. You're right. There's no way it was live ammo.
  22. Hence, no scar. And they stood him right back up into the same line of fire for a photo op? And the eagle-eyed sniper spotted the bad guy within a second or two after the shots, but not before? I generally think conspiracy theories are ridiculous, but that entire thing stunk at the time and it hasn't aged well since.
  23. That is amazing. I guarantee the Fox News assholes are laughing about this in their meetings before they try figure out how to criticize it in the most delightfully hypocritical and least self-aware ways possible.
  24. "Man, those Canucks would still be speaking French if it weren't for us bailing them out. We should quit sending our welfare up there until they show some gratitude." -- Publicly educated Trumpkin, probably
