  1. Load the bases for the 3-hole. Smart baseball Press.
  2. Shocked that Pressly grooved a 2-strike fastball.
  3. Good news is that Kikuchi touched 95. Bad news is that it got smoked. Good news is that it was Almost right at Dubi in RF.
  4. I was assured by Nelly that it must be the money.
  5. It was meh, but I’ll give Netflix credit for finishing a show.
  6. Nice little weekend series there. Keep the streak going, fellas.
  7. If they are going to have rules about when position players can pitch, they need to go all the way an adjust the rules so you only get 2 strikes and you need 5 balls to walk when they are pitching.
  8. Calm down, everyone. Here comes Ferguson.
  9. Uh oh. 10-run curse.
  10. Glad you are amused, but I don’t pay monthly subscription. I paid the fixed price upfront. And it’s significantly more capable than TACC and lane-keeping. It will navigate point to point with zero driver intervention.
  11. Let’s just not talk about tie games.
  12. Yordan loves him some Fenway.
  13. You are correct... I should have said that FSD 12 is the first Tesla release to employ an end-to-end neural network for vehicle control instead of coded rules-based software.
  14. Broke my COVID cherry after more than four years. I got it last week after my wife returned with it from a business trip to DC, and she didn't become symptomatic until day 2 after being home. Let's just say I was fully exposed on day 1 of her being back home. I had pretty mild symptoms for 2-3 days and still have a periodic cough. The low energy level was by far the worst symptom for me. I never measured with a fever, but I sweated through my sheets like never before on night two.
  15. We are less than a year removed from the release of FSD 12, the first version trained with a neural network. The leap in performance over the past few months as been exceptional. I still have hope that it can achieve Level 5 autonomy.
  16. $99/mo is the subscription price for FSD. I currently treat FSD as an advanced driver assistance feature. It makes for very stress-free driving for me, personally. I still have hope for the system based on how I see it perform on a daily basis.
  17. I’m open to the idea that there are inherent flaws in Tesla’s approach to autonomous driving that may prevent them from ever reaching level 5 certification. I’m also open to the idea that they just might be the one to pull it off. It’s not just blind confidence in the company, and definitely not any level of confidence in Musk, that keeps me open to the second idea. It’s my personal hands on experience with the system for the last 32 months. I’ve watched what used to be herky jerky wheel movements and phantom braking evolve into super-smooth natural maneuvers. I’ve gone from intervening with the system 6 or 7 times in a 5 mile drive to almost never on drives lasting a few hours. The times that I intervene now are almost always a matter of my preference rather than the car doing something remotely unsafe. After nearly four years of ownership, I still love the car. It’s the most fun-to-drive car that I’ve ever owned. I still love the convenience of coming out each morning to a car with a full “tank.” I have a piece of the most advanced autonomous driving technology directly available to consumers in my garage, and I enjoy using it and testing it and feeding the dataset that may eventually get the product over the finish line. For those who call me a sucker and a paid beta-tester, FSD is factored into the KBB resale value of the car, so $6K of the $8K I paid is still reflected there. About 20% of the current value of the car is due to it being an FSD vehicle. Despite the comments poking fun at me, I have never been a blind defender of all things Tesla (and especially not Musk). I try to limit my Tesla commentary to my personal experience with my vehicle and also to counter any misinformation about Tesla. There are always multiple sides to a story, so I just try to present another perspective on some of the commentary and news that gets shared here.
  18. Had one yesterday. Not bad for a fast food burger. My patties were overseasoned and quite salty, but the cheese melt was great and the sauce is good. Freddy's doesn't have anything to worry about, though.
  19. This is addictive and a massive timewaster since there are unlimited grids to play.
