  1. I actually had one of the best games of that year. We accidentally won. This was when I still played quarterback. That came to an end sophomore year when everyone but me realized I was too short to play qb, and moved me to safety (not really a csb, but that football still sits on my mantle). Chuck Yeager signed the wing of a pretty big model F-4 Phantom that I built in the 6th grade too. It’s in Kerrville, but it says, “Homesick, never stop climbing for the stars, Chuck Yeager”. That’s pretty badass. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  3. I actually tend to cheer for State when they’re not playing us. I’d cheer for North Korea if they squared up on the football field with aggy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. My dad was trying to get to his plane, parked at Love Field in Dallas, in a hurry to get back to Kerrville for my 8th grade football game vs Uvalde. I’d been pretty depressed because I’d sprained my wrist, two weeks prior, and had to sit out on full game, and had limited playing time in another. I was also upset because my dad commuted, via his airplane from Houston to Kerrville, and I was always worried about him. I also just wanted him there to watch me (he typically was). It was to be my first game back starting, and I was worried that I’d be placed on B team (nothing wrong with that). But I just really wanted to play in front of my dad again. Dad had had a meeting with Roger in his office earlier that morning, and had mentioned my plight. Roger told my father to swing back by the office after he’d filed his flight plan, and interrupt whatever Roger was doing at the time because he had something for me. My dad left his rent car running, hopped on the elevator, walked into Roger’s office lobby, and saw that Roger was in the boardroom with a metric fuckton of people. Not only did Roger see my dad and stop the meeting. He walked out with a signed LOI for a deal that he and Dad had been working on, and then literally ran down the hallway to his office to give my dad this, “saying, give this to Homesick, and call me tonight after his game, I want to know how he does his first game back”. My dad made the game, and when we got home, told me how good of a game I’d played, and then explained the story of how Roger walked out of the meeting to give him this. . 5. I watched that video once, when it was first released. Just remembering how I felt after watching it then is the reason I'm not going to watch it again, ever. Fuck that piece of shit.
  6. This thread is extremely tragic, but this caused a few people to turn there heads and wonder why I was trying my hardest to keep my shit together.
  7. Exactly. Fucking. This. As fun as it is to hear and tell aggy stories, I pray this one is embellished. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. My 8 year old is better than Tyler White. Also, I’ve got to get this off my chest about Miley’s fuck up; "Hey kid, you're fast aren't you"? "Yessir". "You're running for Brantley " "Yes sir"! "Hey kid". "Yessir"? "Don't fucking get picked off at first".........

  11. I was there for that game, and will vouch for almost every horror story told by UT fans. That aside, my ex wife was born, and grew up for awhile in Ft Myers, so this sort of hits close to her home, but fuck her. I like the parallel with Floridians and Ohioans, it's extremely accurate.
  12. Are you fucking serious? Do you really think this group of MENSA candidates got together and conspired to fuck Disney, give an El Paso high school football coach a spot on the EP news, and most importantly, gather likes on social media in order to gain profit? If that’s the case, then I’m a total shithead for stereotyping these folks as common shitbags upon viewing the video.
  13. This is just...perfect.
  14. He didn't respond, but he deleted my post before I could go back and get the rest of it once I realized that it was minimized. Basically what I said was that he came off instead, as a lonely piece of shit who's diatribes do nothing but cause the people who read them to question his sanity.
  15. She’s got Vic’s name tattooed over her right eye socket. Vic, you must’ve dropped the back out of her. Kudos big guy.
  16. Not sure if this belongs here. My buddy's brother gave him this for Christmas. Second pic is the back of the first one, and wouldn't you know it, she's still hot. Here's the back.
  17. If I don’t limit out on ‘what the guide is calling in’, I still always limit out. You can bet your ass that I’m shooting and retrieving enough coots to cover the balance of my limit, as soon as the guide heads off to get the boat. I’ve always had a place in my heart for those goofy little birds. And there are plenty of people out there (and I’m sure Brisket and Kyrie probably already know where I’m going with this), who have eaten poule d’eau (or coot), and thought they were eating mid-rare fatty mallard hen. Couple that with the fact that those little tasties are my gumbo go-to.
  18. I follow this guy on the tweeters. He’s great.
  19. Trust me, I’m no SEC advocate, but I’m almost positive that 95% of the conference has called all bets off when it comes to aggy. They’ve dodged bowl games against opponents that would probably beat them because they begged the conference to do so in order to “broaden their recruiting element in Tennessee, North Carolina, or Florida”. Unfortunately, they lost that “element” to Wake Forest in North Carolina, and unfortunately, lost their recruiting edge in Texas to Kansas State in 2016. Sorry aggy, I’m pretty sure even the conference is done bailing your ass out of your own shit. Fuck you.
  20. Son and I marathon watched it yesterday. Fan-fucking-tastic. Jim reading the letter was tough, still tough just thinking about it.
  21. Oh you’re good Ted....a real piece of work.
  22. This is glorious. Keep them coming.
  23. Sorry, I had to.
