  1. She should have won that match in an hour to 1 hr 10 mins instead of battling back to win in 2 hrs 35 mins, but a win is great. Three straight in 3rd set tiebreakers is even greater… …as long as history books don’t tell the whole story. 🤘
  2. Which one does NOT want to win it more? The one who is less passionate about losing will play in the semifinals. Peyton really showing that she wants to get to France tomorrow in the early section, but we shall see. And then she suddenly remembered that there was a gelato flavor that she hasn’t tried yet, so she tried again.
  3. Tommy Paul won 6-3 in 2nd set. Stearns vs Svitolina 3rd Set 0-1 Svitolina BREAK 0-2 Svitolina HOLD 0-3 Svitolina BREAK 1-3 Stearns BREAK 2-3 Stearns HOLD 3-3 Stearns BREAK 3-4 Svitolina BREAK 4-4 Stearns BREAK 5-4 Stearns HOLD Can Stearns break to win? Peyton should have won it by now, but passed on an overhead that led to losing a point… …and now… 5-5 Svitolina HOLD
  4. Peyton’s favorite shot in the 2nd half of the 2nd set was: “Hit the ball 4 inches to the right of the right sideline.” Peyton could have broken to go up 5-2 if she had hit behind Svitolina on a rally at about 15-40 or so. Her ability to shit the bed would make my sister’s organ-failing-dog jealous. I’m a little behind LIVE action, but Tommy Paul is following Peyton’s lead on “How NOT to close out a match.”
  5. Skips Leg Day all week long and twice on Sundays.
  6. Does San Marcos feel like old Austin?
  7. The place in Canton, Ohio is not named “The NFL Hall of Most Outstanding Players”. •I think that Eli being Archie’s son & Peyton’s little brother will help him. •I think that having played his entire career in NYC will help him. •I think that winning 2 Super Bowls will help him. •I think that winning those Super Bowls over Tom Brady & Bill Belichick will help them. •I think that doing that Chad Powers video prank helps him. •I think that doing the MNF watch along with his brother helps him. •I think that being Arch’s uncle will contribute to his sustained “Fame”. •I think that videos like this also contribute to his likability. •I think that videos like this one, that point out Eli’s superior accomplishments vs Peyton’s (2 Super Bowl MVP vs Peyton’s 1 SB MVP) help Eli. And I think that due to it being the NFL Hall of Fame, Eli’s fame will eventually get him elected. I absolutely loved this TD by T-Sweat! But the celebration was even better than the TD. “T’Vondre Sweat, you are a Longhorn Legend!”
  8. Cum on man… 👀 …what are you talking about? 💦💦💦💦
  9. Coco was on today. Emma was off. Combined was no bueno for the cutie.
  10. The Leaning Cathedral of San Pietro
  11. 1) It was an intentional block with the skate to pass it to his onrushing teammate. 2) It was not a kick, no matter what those numb nuts said. 3) It was knock back towards the center of the ice, AWAY from the goal, but with the intention of entering the crease so that someone could knock it in. 4) The shitty goalie said… I’m going to clear that to the boards, but he sucked, so the puck went flying into the goal. 5) I believe that you are right, but the regards on TV never even mentioned that. 6) This is correct and was decipherable within about 30 to 45 seconds. There was no reason for the review to take longer than 60 seconds.

    La Liga 24-25

Ask me why Brazil sucks so much ass these days.
  13. 1) Quinn went 11-3 as a starter in 2024. 2) Innactive QB can come in a game if the first 2 QBs get knocked out. Do not know if that applies to QB3 if he is on the practice squad, but I believe that it would be allowed.

I was wondering why Hansi Flick looked like such a schlub on the sidelines. He was dressed so much like one of my Midwestern German-descent cousins in Missouri that I started thinking that he must be from a small town, possibly in a farming community. I looked it up and the town he grew up in up in (not where he was born, but where he played organized soccer from the age of 6 to about 20 had a population of about 14,000 while he was there. And he’s 60, so this was from late ‘60-‘85 in small town West Germany. I wonder if he learned to drive a tractor before learning to drive a car.
  15. This post has me smiling that Arch was frequently running for his life at Isadore Newman. And the fact that he played hoops was always a good thing, but playing for a non-power with an ever-collapsing pocket bodes well for our future. 🏈🥉🏀🤘
  16. You say that, but then you go to the ESPN Line Up page for that game and click on Diego Luna’s name only to find out that this Diego Luna is a RUSSIAN BODY DOUBLE! https://www.espn.com/soccer/player/_/id/148356/diego-luna This who Diego Luna thing is just another one of Putin’s assets to bring down America!
  17. This thread is even better than our VY Destination threads that we kept alive in the first half of the 2010s. This thread continues to be a platform for constructive criticism & analysis while bringing out the best in humanity. ❤️🤘❤️
