  1. At the very least, it's nice to be somewhat reasonably hopeful again. Twas only a season for me but feels more like the continuation of the past decade it was.
  2. I think you just made his point...
  3. Gotcha. I'll still hold out hope that we'll be able to get him on staff somehow.
  4. Mmmkay. It would appear that there are arguments for the other 2 sucking ass as well. Why automatically dismiss the one who is universally regarded as one of the best (if not the best) recruiters to ever coach the game?
  5. Sorry but why is everyone focusing on 2 people when the whale is still out there? Is the prevailing theory that he wouldn't be a good DC, just rainmaker? Thanks, I'll hang up and listen.
  6. JTFC. Forever fuck you Tom Herman. Not sure everyone will fully understand the damage this kind of a thing can do to a program. Should've fired his ass for cause. All you have to do scroll up. Sure, you'll see a couple outlier posts wishing him well or (properly) blaming fuckface but the majority of posts since it was announced he's in the portal, have been negative. I fucking hate these double standards created by popular posters that set off like wild fire and get adopted by a lot of other posters. Fuck the Brocks? Losing Milroe wasn't really that big a deal, fuck him, too? Disingenuous at best. This isn't a Xavion Alford or even (your all time favorite recruit) Garrett Wilson thing shitting on our program for dishonest reasons. Each one of them chose another school because of our failures and instead of solely focusing on the issues preventing them from coming here, collectively, we say, fuck them? No. Fuck us for not having our shit together when there's absolutely no reason not to. / rant (not directed at you, Pete.)
  7. Couldn't answer but Steve fucking Patterson sure is jealous he didn't get to implement the idea first.
  8. Hope for nothing but the best for you and your family, Byron. Hook'em!
  9. So can it be deduced that Ash isn't coming back, or at the very least, Valai? I would think Ash would have a say if he's coming back.
  10. Giggling I could tolerate. Having it turnt up trying to hear but with the continuous hard laughter made my ears bleed. The Sean Connery bit is fucking exhausting as well. Other than that, they were a great podcast to listen to and was easily my favorite Longhorn podcast.
  11. IDGAF as long as we get to hear the end to the 6figs story.
  12. Heyyyy! Welcome back homie!
  13. Crawl before you ball baby, I love it.
  14. My commitment to the Sark era (clinteastwoodcoffee.gif) is completely dependent upon his hiring of hard, pipe hitting motherfuckers, including Tosh Lupoi and never allowing Mike Stoops (or his kind.) Assuming these conditions are met, LET'S FUCKING GO!!! Time for us to start actually playing this fucking game. Cheers to a possible return as the evil empire
  15. I really, really hate it when this fucker makes me laugh. After everything that has transpired for the past 5 hours, that gif... goddamn you
  16. The fucking guy will always try to claim being unbiased calling our games, too. Him and Tillman can get fucked
  17. I stand by this assessment.
  18. To be fair, we were just told (less than a month ago) that Herman would be the coach in 2021. We are, if nothing else, consistent with Belmont.
  19. How much does academics factor into y'all's recruiting? I'm thinking y'all are more like us (rigorous, in general, but still a couple majors that athletes gravitate towards) than a Stanford (gaining admission being a roll of the dice) but don't know for certain.
  20. That seems like a bs excuse. Skill players are easier to recruit than the bigs.
  21. The BBs are clearly out of the box
  22. Doesn't get a single carry or catch, yet a TD is scored. What. The. Fuck. Are. You. Doing. Herman?
  23. Maybe not tonight but it's coming...
  24. Not even sure what to make of the last paragraph and as to the rest of your rant... well. How about not persistently wanting to play ball control in the most prolific offensive conference of the P5? How many more wins does that get Herman in his entire career? Sure Ingram fumbled and (at that point) cost us a game. Why was he in position to do so in the first place? These are coaching, not player, issues. I'd be a little more receptive if we weren't discussing someone who thinks they know more than everyone else. People who can't learn from their mistakes and implement insanity into their actions. Fucking crash dummies is really what they are. We've got a head coach trying over and over again to run an offense more suitable for the big 10 and secX3 but you want to talk about the players making all the mistakes? They're not even in a position to win at the start of games for fuck's sake.
