  1. Almost bullshitted but didn’t cause it was crazy but CO ML at half woulda paid nice...
  2. the "haha, he got me" look the dog gives to the camera as the dude bikes away is great.
  3. Nice calls. I read somewhere that they do spring training together so the hitters more familiar with the pitchers’ nuances so it might be a hitters’ series. The over on runs sure has played out that way so far
  4. Who’s on a roll?! Good call on Houston though. so usc v Colorado tonight. CO offense sucks, and the D is somehow more horrendous (The D hasn’t held anyone under 30pts this year). Plus injuries on both D and Off. But they’re at home, it’s cold out, prime trap game for usc since Oregon is next week. Usc has injuries on D and Off. But the backups are talented albeit young. So what’s the general play when a bad defense plays one injured offense and the injured defense plays one bad offense? Take the under? Of do the defenses suck so much the Offenses cover the over?
  5. Definitely would have tipped, always a dollar a drink no matter what it is even if it’s water or I’m buying for folk (although usually I get a Beer and a water per round, that’s $2) and for each round no matter if I am buying drinks for people or flying through 12oz-es when the horns are shitting the bed. Then maybe a buck or two if I pay the night in card. So total here would have been 5 probably. Feeling ripped off and offended At the presumption. The tax didn’t help either. Just include the tax in price, don’t add on after. So yeah, trivial but still surly.
  6. Nah, it was $30 total for two shots of a well regarded (real definition not surly definition) brand of tequila. But with my other drinks it came out to $50 before tax and auto tip of 9.00 at a bar, no food ordered, just me alone. Feeling ripped off for 9.00 auto grat.
  7. It was the second bar in the back of the restaurant set aside so we could mingle standing up but not sit down or anything, just normal walk up to a bar situation. I’m positive if someone from the front bar happened to wander into Our area to order a drink, they wouldn’t have Been turned away. All my buddy’s friends were coming and going at their leisure, paying the bartender in cash or card, just like any other bar or night. I had my own tab with the bartender like I’ve done hundreds of other times in bars all over the city.
  8. Auto grat on small parties. Went to a bar for a friends bday, had $8 beer, $12 legent neat, two $15 tequila ocho shots =$50 for me only, only one credit card. Tax of $4.44, auto tip of $9 so $63.44 total. Fuck that place.
  9. Think smu covers the -13.5 for the game but the weather interferes and the U65.5 for the game hits. nfl: Redskins At +17 probably cover and the U42 total game points Hits but not 100% on that part.
  10. Of course not. It was a thoughtful post in a candid conversation about fairness in college admissions, and WE ARE the gross uncivil ones who took offense over nothing.... Back on topic, put me in the high plains drifter camp for now. If poor people are getting fucked, I’m okay with rich people getting screwed until the system is corrected. And since we’ve always been screwing the poor people, looks like the only way to fix the system is to keep going forward, ie. screw the celebs and rich bc no one is pushing for reform when it’s just the poor being abused. If we have to over prosecute rich people until we get reform, so be it.
  11. That’s not Exactly correct either. People are for better or worse more sensitive to certain things. Some things are merited, others not. But as stated in other posts above, it’s about context and the benefit of the doubt given to the speaker. So trump has none which makes this more egregious. Other people saying it? Maybe not so bad, depends on context.
  12. Good, fuck him and his child torturing family.
  13. Game on the internet yet? Got stuck watching the Yankees Saturday night and no way the bar was changing that.
  14. we've had 3-4 generations of football fans trained to spot small pieces of yellow flying across the broadcast, from any direction. so what do dumb fuck ad folk do in 2019? make every ad pop up in the corners and random unnecessary program info fucking yellow. assholes.
  15. Rutgers seems like another one of these... good call on bowling green, thanks!
  16. they're all over the place here in queens, along with hudson bourbon. both seem ok, but always way more expensive than most of the $30-50 bottles mentioned throughout this thread. I wouldn't mind trying them but much better options for lower prices. Would like to hear how it turns out.
  17. seconded.
  18. Damn 9pm eastern? Crossing fingers but took the game under...
  19. Jfc. No one is saying that at all. Fucking progressives fucking up normal shit.
  20. Hope you gave them the finger.
  21. Say what now? You must not be familiar with his posting history and apparently your taste in humor sucks ass.
  22. people who believe in the thin blue line should be handled like traitors. you either take an oath to uphold the constitution or you choose to support people who break the law. there is no duality. treason = thin blue line. supporting cops is not the same as supporting the thin blue line. support cops, don't support bad cops. good cops don't support criminals regardless of the law. the sooner people realize that the better we all will be.
  23. tl:dr = phone broke, can't do war, sorry. forgot cordless headphones at home. used iphone corded ones at gym. but they suck for running. during cool down put the headphones back on, put phone on the treadmill ledge instead of pocket or holding it. phone somehow slipped, yanked headphones off. instead of flying off, cord got stuck in the treadmill band's loop. sucked phone with it. had no idea metal could bend like that without breaking. phone is pulverized.
