  1. Man as a Steamdeck owner I just can't get that excited about it.
  2. Rip fellow Loper
  3. TOS is done with and on episode 3 of the TAS before we get the movies and TNG. I'm still ready to move on.
  4. Damn Mouthwashing was great. I love short, story intense games like that one (I finished it 2.5 hours). I enjoyed it so much that I gifted it to family members on Steam.
  5. Hah, @Trey3216 I forgot which site I was on for a second and thought, "Why would anyone want to hang out with Bruin? Oh wait it's not THAT Bruin."
  6. Most of the value is in the land out there so most normal people would be completely fine with a $3M max.
  7. I know quite a few MIS grads from BU and they do well, but they're all in business analytics roles doing their computing. I doubt it's worth the tuition costs from strictly a ROI unless there are some good scholarships or tuition remission (that's what I did for free) opportunities.
  8. Halfway through Tom Sawyer when prepping for the last semester of grad school switched me over to immigration history.
  9. Saturn is pretty bad ass, though Neptune does have a certain understated Jazz like coolness too.
  10. Remember when going to Central America was a near death sentence for any European? Make Tropical Diseases Great Again!
  11. “¿Por qué no le llamamos América Mexicana (a Estados Unidos)? Se oye bonito” Sheinbaum responde a Trump por decir que México está dirigido por cárteles; “le mal informaron que gobierna Calderón”, dice Mexico fires back!
  12. I really have only learned two things in my life 1.) Women enjoy it when their pussies are licked 2.) Star Trek's predictions for humanity are bullshit. It took a long time to get there, but I got there.
  13. He was indeed and Latin Americans do/did generally have some agency at various degrees over time, except for when they didn't (heaven forbid, a non-communist nationalize something or reappropriate some land to natives). All of LA's problems aren't at the foot of the white imperialists, but for the love of God don't trust us.
  14. There is some good though with the rise of foreign adventures and corporate power. We'll see letters like this one except from Teddy Roosevelt, it'll come from Musk for work done on the United States Canal at Panama presented by Amazon.
  15. Meh, America has generally always been seeking hegemonic power in the Americas and the possibility of changing that to more direct expansion is just a throwback to earlier periods where we were more active in our desires to own the hemisphere. The funny part though is that even when we were colonizing and expanding, we pretended to be different from the other colonial powers. Now we're just straight up saying "we're taking this" with no apologies or explanations about how we'll run out the caudillos or enlighten people that need a good enlightening. The main lesson to never ever trust Yanqui has been taught and forgotten by nearly every generation in Latin America and its time for Canada and Greenland to learn it. There is always another United Fruit, always another Trump, always another traitor willing to kill their own people for that sweet sweet protection and US $$$. That's the nature of living next to a xenophobic superpower that switches directions every four years but always looks after itself first that really doesn't give a shit about you or any agreements we've had in the past.
  16. This citizenry? That's about as productive as giving a sloth a TI-89.
  17. What are they going to do? Vote for the black democrats?
  18. White Anglospherians aren't "foreigners"!
  19. It really is like your crazy uncle on Facebook became PotUS...again.
  20. They have good prices on cerveza, wait...
  21. Making Robert Borden look like a genius.
