  1. here is their OL from last year and who started: Barnhart started 38 games at Michigan over 4 years Henderson was a grad stranfser who started 10 games last year Keegan started 38 games straight at LG Nugent started 24 games at Stanford and then 15 games last year at Michigan Zinter started 42 games, i think he started like 37 in a row Barnhart started 12 games and 5 last year you have nothing to worry about on the OL. they bring back a single guy from last year who started a game - Hinton started 5 last year (4 in a row then got replaced) their OL is absolutely going to be weak next year.
  2. [@FDataAnalysis] McLaren's upgrade is massive! RedBul-style extended upper lip | Shorter, wider inlets | New cooling louvres | Redesigned sidepods, more undercut (that allows air to reach the back) | 9 performance updates (0 to 2 for the other teams): can you spot a few more?
  3. you are worried about a Michigan team that is 128th in the country in returning production, and are 132/134 in returning offensive production who lost their QB, RB, OL, their top 2 WR, and a bunch of their coaches? Michigan won games by grinding teams to dust with the conditioning, OL and Blake Corum. those guys are all gone, along with their head coach, S&C coach and DC.
  4. to expand on this part, around how solid rosters are this year and how much a ton of teams lost. no flawless rosters out there right now and a huge opportunity for Texas pulling a few teams who have made the CFP and using Bill C's early returning production metric: Alabama: 115 plus no Saban Clemson: 54 Georgia: 47, but 80th on defense and replacing their center, a bunch of experienced/good secondary players, their 2 best pass catchers, their 2 best RB, etc. they bring back Beck and got the RB from Florida, but beyond that...it's going to be interesting. Ohio State: 70, Will Howard lol + sure, maybe Chip Kelly can be a good OC - the last time he was just a coordinator was 16 years ago and he still has Ryan Day looking over his shoulder in the creepiest way possible Michigan: 128 LSU: 60, + a new QB (Nussmeier) and a new OC (who is less impressive than Nussmeir) - plus 4 new defensive coaches Washington: 130 Oregon: 28, but lost Bo Nix and gained a guy who isn't as good as Bo on offense. they also have a favorable schedule setup overall, other than the yo yo of Eugene to Purdue to Eugene to Ann Arbor to Eugene to Madison Oklahoma: 67 Notre Dame: 74 Texas: 25 SEC teams on Texas schedule Miss St: 122 Vanderbilt: 76 Florida: 32 Arkansas: 109 Kentucky: 102 A&M: 18 Texas is set up very, very well for a run in 24. soft first 5 games, then OU and UGA back to back, then Vandy/Florida (will they have fired Napier by then)/Arky/Kentucky, and then they have the opportunity to burn Kyle Field down and win by 30
  5. The Athletic: https://theathletic.com/5423135/2024/05/03/college-football-transfer-portal-spring-rankings/ Ranking the top 20 players (currently) in college football’s transfer portal this spring here are those w/ texas ties or where Texas has been mentioned as a possibility? i included both MSU DTs text:
  6. i guess they were sandbagging? i thought they said it wasn't going to be that big of an upgrade lol
  7. OU went from a guy who thought the offense was the most important and really wasn't that interested in defense to a guy who focuses almost exclusively on defense and doesn't really show that much interest in offense. how could it possibly go wrong? the 2 QBs who combined to go something like 60-4 at QB made a real difference, in addition to the ACC being down beyond Clemson. the DL is important, but ignoring those 2 dudes when he was on the field at the same time as them is dumb. the ACC has not had a CFP team since 2020 - when Lawrence left college funny enough. in that same timeframe, B12 has had 3 different teams make it, B10 has had 2 different teams make it, Pac 12 has had 1 team make it, SEC has had 2 teams make it.
  8. ok, lets see how Apple and Google respond.
  9. somehow it gets even worse. what an idiot. more, from elsewhere:
  10. is firing your entire supercharger team (now confirmed) and most of your cathode team (now confirmed) a bad thing? https://electrek.co/2024/05/01/elon-musk-throwing-weight-tesla-wrecking-ball/ Eletrek's take is also one hell of a burn, it includes a nugget that Rebecca Tinucci (head of charging) pushed back on the # of layoffs and that may have been why she was terminated? yikes
  11. imagine anyone, literally anyone, hitching their horse to an 80 year old who somehow looks even older than he is, has no real position within the org, has no real day to day responsibilities within the org and has had very very very little (if anything) to do with the technical success of your car ladies and gentleman - the Verstappens! it won't happen but i would pay good money for Marko to win the power struggle, die 3 months later (no loss to anyone), and have Horner leave to run an Andretti F1 team.
  12. is burning through 3 HR leaders in 2 years the sign of a healthy company?
  13. it doesn't get any better than that.
  14. they act the exact opposite of this
  15. all of this buildup and that's all the blue on it?! good news though, they have a million HIP logos
  16. live look at Newey:
  17. you forgot to include the massive piece of shit that is Jos Verstappen. good job, morons. one would think Jos would have the best thing for Max in mind and try to de-escelate the situation. but nope. can't help himself, ever. fuck that guy. i assume Ferrari is going to offer him a Lewis style deal, which is all the money in the world. they certainly should. also no gardening leave for Newey
  18. sounds like you are getting the compounded stuff not the "name branded" stuff. if you are in austin, they are absolutely price gouging. know someone there who saved $900 / mo by going to a provider outside of Travis County - and they are getting compounded stuff from a pharmacy, not the name brand.
  19. from comments, seems like there is a lot more going on there - with both the OP and Miguel. evidently these texts are from 9 years ago and the guy left Austin about 2017? what a weirdo. they had this this whole burner account to basically shit on the Vidals for something that happened ~9 years ago? very, very strange. https://old.reddit.com/r/austinfood/comments/1cfkoz0/valentinas_reciepts/ + + + more from his account: evidently the person worked for la Barbecue too?
  20. i think their business is drastically different than most other bbq food trucks/joints just bc they did a really nice amount of money with their breakfast food trucks. i think they were open 7 days a week at 8a at the food truck. i'd love to see their actual financials, because if they were making 86k / week and 4.5m a year on property they owned they were idiots to close the food truck and move to Buda. should have at least kept it open with scaled back hours and used the Buda location as your commissary kitchen.
  21. are you opposed to having a split across each span? likely will save money, even if you do find one long enough. see if you find one you like, go and look a few places, and reach out directly to the manufacturer. i've been pleasantly surprised with the information i've gotten from them about this. --- not inexpensive but costco has a deal with sunsetters for 20% off. here are their prices, and they go up to 12' actually looks like they are 20% off right now from their site: https://www.sunsetter.com/c/easyshades/manual-easyshades/ --- actually, this company sells what you probably need, in widths up to what you are looking for for ~650 per shade if it's 13' x 3x https://www.maantaoutdoor.com/exterior-roller-shades/14367-reef-roll-custom.html they have cable guides, which is important for what you need since it isn't going all the way down
  22. i guess you are not aware of him going into the stands to try and fight someone after an indoor football league game last summer? an idiot goes into the stands, a breakdown: youtube link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hP_V7SzIWYo Narrator: he was not done for good. this led him to being suspended indefinitely by the IFL. don't think they ever ended that suspension.
