  1. We would hit up Waterloo Brewing Co. some afternoons when we were slow at work. Stars Wars Pinball and a few pints of Ed's Best Bitter. God Bless you and RIP, Steve Anderson.
  2. Chuch-e-Cheese used to sell beer too. Made the kids birthday parties much more enjoyable back in the day (way back in the day). No idea if they still do as I haven't stepped foot in one since the early aughts. But a few beers and some Stargate and Joust sounds like a really, really good time.
  3. Yeah Post-Covid it was a shell of itself. But it begat some damn good restaurants. Jack Allen's, Salt Trader, Day Maker, Odd Duck, Barley Swine, and Sour Duck. And related Turf n Surf. For those of us who arrived in Austin the 80s, ZTejas was the tits+.
  4. Pop Up Shower in the 78657 RIGHT NOW!
  5. well that was a Dolly Parton size epic bust
  6. *Edit: Just noticed that Radarscope hasn't changed the name of the Radar from Ft. Cavazos. #Resist

Same person that owns Sawyer & Co owns De Nada. And it may be gringo, but it's damn good. As are their mezcal drinks.
  9. Does this mean Ann Margaret’s not coming?
  10. Lots of lightning, thunder and wind at LBJ (big white caps). Not much rain yet.
