  1. I think it has a great trailer though. Hard to believe Boorman followed up Deliverance with it (though he then went on to do The Exorcist II so maybe Deliverance was the outlier?)
  2. I’m not gonna claim it’s a “favorite” but for those mentioning A Serbian Film (which is extremely fucked up), 1975’s Salò, or the 120 Days of Sodom says helllooooo
  3. Also, how long has it been since Bangers expanded to include that other building (with an additional 100 beers on tap)? Ended up hanging out there for a few hours this afternoon before heading home.
  4. Jester King’s Atrial Rubicite, Provenance (Tangerine and Clementine) and (not pictured) Landive (farmhouse ale w/ honey, grapes and lime = very refreshing sunny day sipper) imo
  5. I saw they also have a spot out at Globe Life Field. I’m sure it won’t be good as when they were at their original location and all but you damn sure know I’m gonna try their brisket elotes the next time I go to a Rangers game.
  6. It's a good vessel to hold the Santa Maria rub I use.
  7. Funny that you mention the Hitchin Post as I had that on my radar to try next time I am out that way and figured that would be less of a disapointing tri-tip experience. Maybe not thought? The thing is, doing tri-tip on my WSM is one of my favorite meats to smoke. I realize that doing one or two (just the meat - I don't bother making it into a sandwich) for myself is way easier to maintain quality vs. having to exponentially more all day, every day but my dream is to have tri-tip out there that exceeds my WSM product.
  8. Tasty West Coast IPA muled back from the West Coast. Solar Static by a brewery from San Luis Obispo, California called There Does Not Exist.
  9. That win may be big for SDSU’s Pac-12 chances too
  10. Agreed. I also had the thought that, after seeing him and the others at that White House press appearance, they are obviously aware of how they are showing his mental health. So, just like it is a feel good show all around, perhaps they are focused on showing how he is overcoming his anxiety attacks…which would be an added feel good element for viewers who also deal with anxiety attacks.
  11. I want to see Gordo commit to his dance moves
  12. Geez - I shudder to think about a station that has even MORE Cowboys talk than the Ticket does…especially during the season. And I (pre)say that as a Cowboys fan.
  13. In California for spring break. I remember years ago where you would have to really look around and ask the guy “if they had any in the back” to get some Pliny. These days, this is a grocery store (not a bottle shop) in San Luis Obispo:
  14. Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa, Chatty Cathy, clip your string. I don't need to know.
