  1. There are some GIS stuff out there, but I can’t recall any by name. Do you have any pipeliner buddies? Fwiw, GoogleEarth hasn’t updated our place in I don’t know how many years. Several pipelines ago
  2. I’ve got a personal account and had a mortgage with them for a bit. They were ok. I wanted them to be better and now it’s just a stowaway account. My CU is main accounts.
  3. Many believe the only reason mean ol tu has had the success they never had, was UT pumping journalism students out into the world to write nice articles. Therefore, becoming media darlings, and leading to the BOMC, which apparently leads to MNCs. That, and producing "bankers", instead of farmers and soldiers. I wish this post was satire, but I've seen it hundreds of times on txaggy.
  4. We had this junky little grill on a mount on the back bumper, that you could unpin and pull ~5' away from the back corner of the trailer. I took it off, and there was a big plate there. My 17" blackstone fits perfectly in that spot. Gas already piped to that back corner, easy peasy. It rides in the outdoor kitchen right next to its mount there, and fits like a glove in the corner there. Just one of those things that worked out perfectly in pretty much every way. In fact, i wanted the slightly larger one, but wife bought this one and it just worked out perfect, dimensionally. I don't think we've ever used anything but the microwave inside.
  5. Damn. I’m hitting the no tell motel if that shit breaks 80.

Sure. Still not sure if they really believe that, or are just “outraged”.
  7. Nice. My Frio trip got cut short by a few days due to stomach bug running around camp and blastfurnace in general. I’ve got Nueces, another splash way trip, and one I’m forgetting at moment planned for next 5 weeks. Then back to the ranch from sept to Feb. need to squeeze another august trip in somewhere.

Like when DKR used to stockpile hundreds of scholarship players just to keep sleeping giants down? Did your friend think this is already happening? I know several people who know it isn’t happening now, but fully believe that’s where it’s heading, for example.
  9. We’ve got our kids learning Spanish thru programs out of school (no languages yet) and I think we’ll have them far enough to do French in school when it comes time. That’s the plan anyhow.
  10. Just got back from a few nights at Splashway. We’ve been getting a lot of use out of the TT this year. Kids still loving it, which is the driver.
  11. I was out for a few days and you missed me, huh? What are you on about now; still upset shit families largely shit out shit kids and the worlds just not fair!!1!1
  12. Incorrect. 5.56 decapitates anything it hits. Sounds crazy, I know, but you can look it up for yourself on several of the threads here. I would agree.
  13. Rule #1 for me. Replace trailer tires at 3 years whether towed a mile or across country. Sucks you didn’t even get that. I follow that for my boats, TT, and smaller flatbeds. The big boy trailers get a bit more of a pass. Cattle trailers gonna blow out no matter what so they just go when they go. Luckily you were able to catch it without any damage. I wasn’t so lucky with our TT. Didn’t do much damage but tire was gone gone. I went up an inch on the wheels and bought much beefier tires.
  14. Of course. I’ve been taking my oldest (and now oldest 2) to UT-Rice baseball games for a couple of years now. Honey, these are your choices. For real though, really good school (and close to home).
  15. Wife uses some mild one, Eco something or other because the youngest has sensitive skin. It seems to get clothes as clean as anything else we’ve ever used. Do agree that it just takes a bit, and I’m guilty of overusing.
  16. Tbh, I’m to the point I couldn’t gaf. Call it a weapon of war if its your fancy.
  17. Or we can just label things accurately?
  18. Not only stupid, but also against the law. Terrible deal.
  19. But what can you put me in and still keep my payment under $750? Speaking of, would love to see the venn on folks with crippling student debt but <5 yo cars.
  20. Looks like only one of the pics was near the entrance (mile 1-3). For years and years they kept that section bladed for the folks who couldn’t figure it out. It always gets bad right at 3 miles, as people start turning left to get to the bay, and for some reason it’s a prime spot for circle work. After that, it’s just loose sand similar to the 4x section of PINS. Just 20 miles of keep you head on a swivel and throttle steady. The biggest challenge is the shark guys parking in the path sometimes.
  21. I wouldn’t go that far but definitely better than the C7. Seen the same.
  22. whatever you do, don’t put it into a market simulator. Paying my wife’s back diligently was worth a few hundred K in the S&P. Should have waited for taxpayers to take care of it I suppose.
