  1. Call it what you want, but people accused sack of being born on third on this site for years, and his pawpaw sold out for what, 3/4 billion? Now a solid middle class life and a one time 10k gift is 3rd base? Wonder what that makes my kids since they’ve already got more than me and the wife ever had, despite growing up “middle class”.
  2. I dunno. That variable vanes on the dirtymax sounds weird af at idle. I really not looking forward to the noise, am looking forward to a healthier engine. Watched some vids of the full egr delete and couldn’t believe how much shit was in there at 100k. I’m 3x that mileage. Ugh. I didn’t buy a drip of fuel from ‘15 to ‘20 or so, because of work arrangements. I put almost 200k miles on in that time frame. Will be nice to see a solid pickup in mileage. I’ll update when I get it all installed
  3. I used to hunt in Colmesneil. Fuckloads of hogs. There are some big deer around Rayburn. There’s also a bunch of outlaws that shoot them wherever they are. I really liked hunting east Texas. Watch the copperheads.
  4. While none of his stuff was riveting, all of it was better than the wave on wave and anything past that nonsense. Dancehall dreamer, George’s bar, etc wasn’t terrible, especially when there was considerably less regional/local music easily available. Cory M carried him a bit, too. Then again he was blowing up the local halls when I was a yoot, and those memories will always be beautiful, yet fuzzy memories.
  5. We've got a big live oak that shades about 1/3 of the pool. An absolute bitch in the spring when it's doing tree things, but my god it's the place to be in the summer. Have had good luck with adding a few of the movable holders around. We've also only got 1 in the sundeck. Wish there was another.
  6. 95% of our heavy equipment issues stem from either DEF or Regen issues. Speaking of, bragged on the old truck a bit too much last month. For the first time ever, 15 fucking years, had an issue with the DPF. CEL came on but my scanner wouldn't read it. Ended up being the rear EGT sensor for the DPF. It wasn't reading, so it wouldn't regen, so it plugged. I was towing the travel trailer home from the hill country. Luckily enough, I had my scanner with me and I just had to keep resetting it every 5 mins or so when it would try to throw it to limp. Ended up the sensor was fine, but it wouldn't get voltage to it. It needs some funky 4.5v. I tried to jump it off the front sensor that also takes 4.5, but couldn't get it to work. When I bought that truck 15 years ago, I told myself I'd delete it if the DPF ever fucked up, in lieu of replacing it. SO, there's a 4" straight pipe in the garage, the exhaust is pulled off. DSP5 switch installed, and my Autocal EFI live shows up tomorrow. 10, 30, 60, 90, and 150 hp tunes. Not crazy about how loud its going to be, but no fucking way I'm paying that much to get it fixed back to stock. Was half the price to pipe and tune it.
  7. My ACs keep up with the house, ive never even noticed it.
  8. Speaking of other cool things Fatty has seen this week, aside from the spectacular cars and boats, was a girl getting crushed while hanging half her body out of a black RR. Not even that late, like maybe 2230 on a Thursday night. Right down Dade in Miami Beach. She had her tops hanging out the window and had her phone going, guessing one of the look at me apps. Dude should have been able to find better with that RR, imo. eta: would have been downright shameful for the AM to have that girl in it.
  9. I saw an absolutely stunning Aston today. Stands out even more than most of the Lambos around here imo. Just spectacular.
  10. Godamnit. Lol to tears in 20 seconds.
  11. Hotter than a two dicked tomcat was always one of my captains favorites.
  12. Used to be a good scratch/dent place on westheimer. Almost all of it was dents on the back side, top, etc. Didn’t need anything at the time, though.
  13. To be fair, it was no longer scratched or dented a few days later. I remember looking up the price for the skin right there in the store, being floored how inexpensive it was compared to other parts, and then buying the unit. Ordered the skin from the parking lot of the big box store. It was easy af to change out if you are even remotely mechanically inclined.
  14. Damn. First review I’ve seen of this nature. And you said you have a history of appliances? We’ve been happy with our Bosch but not over the moon. Waaaaaay better than the whirlpool it replaced, but I was always upset we didn’t go the Miele route. That said, we got it for $99 because the front skin was gouged at store. I put $150 skin on it and am in it for $250.
  15. You want me to link you to all the Tesla fuckboi posts? When Elmo was anti big oil and was better at hiding his politics? Seems like a lot to ask, when many here who don’t have the need to revise history have acknowledged he flipped his views and people that supported him at the exact same time. Pretty difficult to follow that transition, I know.
  16. Maybe someone will cover it on a TikTok. But muh gouging!!!
  17. Well, Coca Cola is not milk, eggs, or bread. No one is starving because their Cokes went up 20%. Im fine with the public shareholders doing better, and them hunting the point where a Dr Cola or whatever replaces Coke for the avg consumer.
  18. Fwiw, I have a 60-ton hydro on rent right now for 180/hr, with 4 hr min. Fuck that dude and his want for a new S-class.
  19. I hope they keep getting dirty and fucking over the old guard SEC schools. Would be great for LSU/BAMA etc to go anditookthatpersonally.Jordan.gif on their ass. Then they can claim mean ol tu for whatever comes of that, and the circle will be complete.
