  1. Not for UNC. You win and you get zero credit, you lose and you get made fun of. App State is the new Boise St putting P4 programs in a no win situation.
  2. Ole Miss/LSU also play on Texas/OU weekend.
  3. As long as that doesn’t get extended I’d bet good with that if I’m UCLA. You guys going to be required to play them annually OOC?
  4. That dude on the left must be Andre the Giant or something.
  5. 18 games basketball schedule in the SEC. No surprise that the teams we play twice are OU, Arkansas, and aggy. Mild surprise that aggy and OU play twice.
  6. Pleasantly surprised by that. I would have bet good money that Houston was #2 with all the golf ones they won pre2000.
  7. I love these…people said the same about Udub and Wazzu.
  8. Posted by BO&W 1 page back Miami would be #9 in both the SEC/B1G beating out Iowa/Washington and Tennessee/Ole Miss. They’d be #1 in the Big 12.
  9. Assuming if the flood gate opens that there wouldn’t be much left of the ACC. If the Big 12 has the same access and better TV deal spread across ESPN and FOX then why sit and make $10 mil less a year just to hang out with Boston College, Wake Forest, and SMU? SEC - FSU, Clemson, UNC, UVA for 20 B1G - ND, Miami for 20 B12 - Pitt, Louisville, VA Tech, NCSU, Duke, GT, Syracuse, and maybe UConn for 24
  10. I’ll probably just give those tickets away. I think Arizona passed a state law requiring colleges football games in September to be at night for safety reasons. I wish we’d do the same in this state.
  11. Ideally when this is all said and done you’ll see: S tier: SEC and B1G A tier: B12 B tier: PAC(merged with MWC) and ACC (merged with The American) C tier: SBC and MAC D tier: CUSA
  12. CUSA went from the top of the non BCS conferences along with the MWC to now the bottom of all FBS. It was the fall of the Big East and subsequent formation of the American and CUSA’s backfill strategy of copying the Big Ten’s strategy of going after under performing teams in big markets and having a horrible tv deal with Stadium and Facebook. CUSA raided the Sun Belt for FIU, Middle Tennessee, Western Kentucky and LA Tech from the dying WAC; and the teams they did hit on like UNT, UTSA, FAU all got pulled up by the American conference. Sun Belt added App State, Georgia Southern, Georgia State, and Coastal Carolina and made a MACtion style TV deal with ESPN which built a strong football brand and allowed them to pull Marshall, Southern Miss, and ODU from CUSA. As a result CUSA has fallen from 3rd tier to 5th tier, while the Sun Belt has moved up 1 tier from 5th to 4th. No other conference, save the PAC12, has done worse for its membership over the last 2 decades.
  13. UTEP is the only school that’s been FBS the entire time. They’ve got to be asking how they fuck they got themselves into this Frankenstein’s monster of a conference.
  14. Negged for not using the Bert version.
  15. Not fb related but since it’s tangentially related to possible Big 12 expansion candidate Gonzaga. West Coast Conference adding Grand Canyon and Seattle University. https://www.cbssports.com/college-basketball/news/wcc-to-add-grand-canyon-seattle-u-to-get-to-13-teams-in-2025-26-but-after-that-it-gets-complicated/
  16. First they broke my state issued bike bell and I stood by a did nothing…nah fuck that let’s arrest the guy.
  17. Missouri State joining the FBS as team #136 and Conference USA as their 12th school. https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/40119561/missouri-state-heads-fbs-joining-conference-usa-2025
  18. Auburn’s flag is on the far right.
  19. The endowment of the UT system pays for that. UT Austin does not, it has nothing to do with athletics.
  20. @Sbbruin thoughts?
  21. Per sources, we just landed Micah Parsons! This D line is going to be sick!
  22. The first part I agree. Though last season it was 15% of your games showing 0 not 30%. The second part your discounting your own argument you listed in the first part. Last season ISU was on FOX OTA 3 times and Kentucky was on ABC OTA once. ISU was on ESPN 2 times and UK was on it 4 times. ISU had 5 other rated games and 2 unrated, UK had 1 other rated games and 6 unrated. 50% of Kentucky games were unrated, while ISU was only 15%. I agree with you that I personally would rather watch ISU football over Kentucky, but that’s not pat yourself on the back too hard. You can’t say your unrated games are punishing you and then brag about stats over other schools that have even more games unrated.
