  2. You do that by fixing the blocking in front of the returner so he has a chance of breaking one.
  3. I'll be damned. That does sound like Arkansas
  4. I thought Knigga Twins was a rap duo
  5. Do you rubes even watch the games? He's had several, including one keeping a drive alive in the 4th on a slant in the SEC title game. Where he was being interfered with. He drew 2 PIs and made a contested catch in the Clemson game. The PIs he had his man beaten by 2 steps minimum but the terrible Ewers under throws made him pull up and get run into by the DB. A QB who can throw a proper deep ball and those are TDs. That's part of the problem. Ewers doesn't hit him on routes where his speed is a factor. He's also just been behind Bond all season at that WR spot. But he's definitely the better receiver right now, and has been since Bond for hurt in the OU game. He should have been getting those snaps, but Bond is a big dollar portal addition and Sark was going to let him fight through injury. I get it. His blocking on the outside alone was a big factor in the running game vs Clemson over what Bond gives. Blue's 77 yd TD doesn't happen without Wingo keeping the outside corner pinned and creating the wide lane giving Blue the sideline.
  6. Bobby has mentioned multiple times over the last couple of weeks that Livingston is looking great in practice and it appears the staff is expecting him to produce some next season. That would be a random player to be pumping if he wasn't hearing something about it
  7. You haven't been at a single practice, so how the fuck would you know?
  8. I think it says a lot he's missed 5 games (counting UTSA since he played all of 1 series) in these 2 seasons and his backups are 5-0. He's been in a Stetson Bennett situation where just about every other aspect of the team built around him is either elite or borderline elite. He hasn't had to put the team on his back and push them to a win except in the SEC title game where he turned it over twice in the red zone. Hopefully we won't need him to do that at any time going forward. If this team had a playmaker at QB like Colt, VY, or even Ehlinger I think they'd be the overwhelming favorite.
  9. Yep, feel the same about fajitas. Those I easily make really well at home. I'm not a smoker though. The problem is they're still shit cuts of beef. For the price I'd rather have a decent ribeye or chateaubriand
  10. I've been to 3 games there including the one this thread was about, and sat behind the end zone in the lower section every time. That's the best spot to see the game for me, and distraction with the giant screen is minimal since you get the smaller side screen that's more normal sized for stadiums. That's the only place I would get tickets if I go again.
  11. I am, I just chose very well (got super ass lucky). Honestly haven't felt screwed over once in 20 years.
  12. I would gladly pick up BBQ from a Luling City Market/Kreutz level place again today if their prices were the exact same as then just adjusted for inflation. Sure it's not quite as good as the top end stuff, but it's 1/3 the price or possibly lower.
  13. Inflation has occurred, but it isn't 150%. We're being price gouged today due to popularity. It's why I only get it once or twice a year now. I just can't enjoy something as much if I know I'm being screwed over on it.
  14. Blue looked like a couple of those highlights on his run against Clemson. It's criminal how badly Dabo has dropped the ball with that defense. Those dudes were high school jag on a highlight reel slow
  15. First amendment was made specifically so they couldn't be persecuted for their puritan religious nuttery. They weren't thinking about Catholicism, Islam, or Hinduism when they made it. That was the reason for separation of church and state. So no OTHER religion could come in and take over the government and persecute them again. The framework of the Constitution and system of government was borrowed heavily from Polybius to stave off anacyclosis
  16. I think it's obvious Americans have always been shitty. It's a country founded by religious nuts based on slavery and subjugation of women and minorities. The average American has always been a fucking moron. The leaders have always been corrupt. The Internet and social media has just exposed it to a great extent and magnified the core values of greed, selfishness, and materialism to an uncontrollably bastardized level that isn't sustainable anymore. The capitalism has become uncontrolled, the corruption has reached dangerous levels, and the very things that led to advanced technological development are now destroying the foundation of the country. Which positions the country extremely poorly to navigate the climate change challenges that are exacerbated more and more each year. Ironically, the brainwashing of American exceptionalism and greatness that led to your erroneous post also prevents the population at large from proper self evaluation to even realize the changes that need to occur to have a puncher's chance of curbing the decline and mitigating the coming disasters.
  17. Elijah Barnes has DT thighs
  18. He has that glide aspect. Could be a big back with potential out of the backfield.
  19. No, their offense is a bit better, especially the passing game. But their defense is way way way behind Tennessee. Either Tennessee didn't show up or OSU is flexing some muscle and will give Oregon the fight of the 2nd round. I didn't watch that game so not sure how it got so lopsided. We were the only team that didn't comfortably cruise to the first round win over an overmatched opponent. We should have, but this team just doesn't play ball in the 3rd quarter ever.

    Injuries

Sark feels compelled to put in that kind of stuff to keep defenses honest since we can't challenge them properly vertically with a QB that throws deep balls like he's shooting at rainbows. Every deep ball attempt was hung up and cause the receiver to have to wait for the ball and the DB to get back in position. Still completed 1 and got a couple of PIs, but it the separation was extensive on all of those routes.
  21. Don't worry about it chief, explanation is not for this thread. I'm just glad he showed up better than he had been for the last month. It was needed today.
  22. I have no idea what you're trying to say
  23. They basically see it going a lot like this game just with a little lower scoring from both teams. We should score another 35+ against that defense.
  24. Wisner should be good. He played later, just couldn't be effective with the limp. Same for Williams. Majors was a concussion. If he clears protocol he'll play
