What a wanker. <————————————————> Wanker Mensch
  2. It was Wolff with the assist.
  3. Notice the pass by Tsakiris soon after he replaced Luna.
  4. Yttv has fs2 so I’ve got games set to be recorded. Good news. US supposedly beat African power Senegal 2-1 in pre cup scrimmage. Bad news. Cowell scored both goals and is suspended for first game.
  5. The Comal was barely over the bank at its narrowest point yesterday morning. It’s now up 50 cfs to 200. Still below normal of 300 cfs. Every little bit helps.
  6. Patti Rocks. Independent film from 1988. Raunchy, funny, honest and insightful. A buddy road movie that is usurped by an independent woman.
  7. Just missed it.
  8. I like this list. https://www.timeout.com/film/100-best-comedy-movies
  9. Maybe he can try an east coast school next year.
  10. Worked at a restaurant that had live music playing country music tue-sat back in the early 80s. I was into punk/new wave with a solid grounding in classic rock and Motown Nothing better than closing time on slow nights when the musicians played for themselves. I hadn’t heard many of the songs before and these two were gut punches that I had to later track down.
  11. Roberta Flack - Killing Me Softly With His Song. Joe Tex - You’re Right Ray Charles Hayseed Dixie - I’m keeping your poop in a jar. Dave Allen- Haley’s Comet Tom Tom Club - Genius of Love Kevin Gordon - Colfax
  12. Local Hero is on tomorrow at 7 pm. Knox Oyel and Gaaas. I’m a firm believer that it will hold up.
  13. Hey hey my my… Beer Run Dark Town Strutters Ball
  14. I’d rather see Catholic High School Girls in Trouble.
  15. Good lord, this thread needs a passing Navy ship.
  16. There are several good Boorman films. Hope and Glory, The General, Point Blank and Tailor of Panama. and of course, Excalibur. This is a pretty good article on him. https://www.indiewire.com/2015/03/the-7-essential-films-of-john-boorman-266342/amp/
  17. The Cook, the Thief, His Wife & Her Lover. Mulholland Drive Tampopo I’d say a John Waters movie, but I don’t care for any of them. Trainspotting is my favorite of fucked up films.
  18. We all thought “this guy fucks” during March Madness. Now he’s in an environment where everybody fucks and he’s missing a testicle. C’mon Donewald. It’s time to show some heuevos.
  19. What’s the update on Donewald? He’s a key guy to have for coaching and recruiting. Especially foreign players.
  20. Hunter was huge on the defeensive end. He harassed and pressured their point guard all game long.
  21. I’ll take him being ranked last of the 8, 4 and 2.
  22. Diner. Incredible cast and incredible movie. "It just pushed the flaps open?" Steve Guttenberg as Edward "Eddie" Simmons Daniel Stern as Laurence "Shrevie" Schreiber Mickey Rourke as Robert "Boogie" Sheftell Kevin Bacon as Timothy Fenwick, Jr. Tim Daly as William "Billy" Howard Ellen Barkin as Beth Paul Reiser as Modell
  23. Y’all should meet in KC for a one on one game.
  24. The case for Terry is to pay the assistants on staff where they won’t leave and pay a new one who can recruit and be the defensive coordinator. Then you NIL the shit out of transfers. id rather have a home run hire but that’s the way to go if you keep Terry.
