  1. yeah, there were too many games already that had my heart overly stressed. All I needed was a freshman QB thrown out there... If the heart didn't go, I probably would have drank myself into a pine box.
  2. that's the correct answer. To add to it, after the two years he has no guarantee that he would start then. There is a good chance he would never see the field as a starter. Rising is good enough to start next year or the following on several teams and has a shot at the next level, which is something he could easily lose by riding pine on the "we're back" bench. And for the comment you quoted. Herman does run his qbs quite a bit. BUT just how much depends on: A. QB running ability and physical attributes. B. His O-Line. The better they are, the more he calls the qb run. Herman is known for the qb runatons, but his scheme usually puts the qb in a good situation to exploit soft spots (it doesn't always work). But if his OL or QB is a death or fumble risk, he dials it back a lot. Herman runs Sam a lot, but who wouldn't. Florida wasn't a qb run happy team until they got their Sam Tebow, then (like us) they loved watching him truck secondaries. As long as the OL keeps progressing like they are, a qb like Rising two years from now (in Herman's scheme) would probably remind you of Colt's 2nd year when he still had a good OL and a true running back, so Colt was able to take off at will. With Herman, the rbs would do the bulk of ground work, while Rising would be more Arm than Leg, but used in the run just enough to gash Ds for good yards here and there but not enough to pull numbers into the box or just enough to stack the box to open the 1 on 1s on the deep routes. Herman uses both approaches. But I doubt you would ever see a "Rising" in Herman's system line up at the 1 yard line and try to power it 4 straight runs like he could with Sam. It was a bold move by Herman to break the D's back (or to make a statement with a BIG FUCK YOU ESPN and your cock gobbling of the "ungodly" secsecsec defenses, but not something you would do without a "Sam" as your QB. Rising would have been fine in Herman's system (as long as his golden arm didn't go all GDGG), but the likelihood of seeing the field here as a starter is probably pretty low. By the time Sam leaves, there will should be another young QB or 2 on the roster that fits the Herman scheme a little better that Rising would have to compete with. "We're back" bitches. That should help with recruiting some talented dual-QBs the next few years. Side note: Sorry, just can't get over it. Georgia O stats: | Vs Texas BDF Defense 3343 total rushing yards - #1 SEC | 238.79 average rushing yards per game - #1 SEC | 72 rushing yards 5.90 yards per carry - 1# SEC | 2.4 yards per carry 30 rushing touchdowns - 2# SEC | 0 rushing touchdowns 37.86 average points per game - 2# SEC | 21 points with 7 scored during garbage time 464.86 average yards per game | 296 total yards The only team that came close to Texas' defensive stats vs. G was LSU. It's setting up for a great game next year!
  3. Yeah but aggy takes them in fanaticism and delusion. There are several other categories that come to mind where aggy overachieve also in horrific fashion.
  4. It's really gotta piss them off. No matter how far they try to run there is one thing in the state of Texas that will never change and the official plates spell it out clearly. Texas over A&M. Food chain.... Can't run from that shit bitch.
  5. It takes a long time to count eleventy billion dollars!
  6. Aggy meltdown during both the sugar and the nc puts all this to shame. They had some quality melting going on. I haven't looked lately but i'm sure it's still going in.
  7. Gotta love how they finally beat LSU at home in a 7 ot game translates to a sure win @LSU next year. They have beaten LSU exactly as many times as they have beaten Alabama but it is a sure win in all their minds... They so desperately want to be great but instead of changing their approach or their whole culture, they continue to thump their chest about how great they are (at being mediocre) and stay the corse of spending above their means, believing they can money whip thier short comings into titles... Obvuously you can get away with a shit ton of "underhanded" dealings in the SEC, but aggy being who they are, will aggy up anything. How long before they become the second program to get nailed with the death penalty? As long as they brought home a NC, ut would be worth it to have their fans... but being aggy, I doubt they could bring home a title even buying a few top recruiting classes. They are their worse enemy,
  8. Looks like SEC left aggie out. Nope... dead center, above everyone else. Foodchain bro.
  9. So are we liberal hippy fags or racist homophobic commies? I wish they would make up their mind...
  10. Yeah but that was with "not sec good, shitty Big 12 players" you silly sip... It doesn't count until we do it with sec ready players. Whoop
  11. Looks more like aggy dinner bell. Guaranteed to start an aggy feeding frenzy.
  12. Yeah, kinda hard to find anything to pimp the CS years...
  13. Don't be surprised if ESPN doesn't change it's toon a little this offseason. It's time to start pumping the accnet and now they have a clear excuse. I'm not saying they dump Alabama, but it wiuldn't surprise me if they back way off the rest of the sec

    THE EXCUSE

Georgia has been very classy after the loss. Elite teams see where they get beat, and it isn't because they ran out of time, or points, or dead dogs, or dead Tupac...

    THE EXCUSE

It didn't take him long to figure out his OL wasn't going to be able to buy him 30 - 40 seconds back there so pressure was coming and he struggled with reading where it was going to be coming from. The defensive looks had him completey confused all night.

    THE EXCUSE

No, ESPN will not let Texas clown them yet again. 5th 8s excatly where I see ESPN putting us, just so they can drop us like a rock "when OU beats the longhorns"... if we do keep our shit together and we are somewhere 5-6 towards the end, ESPN will push for us to be in the playoffs so they can feed us to Alabama. A top 5 (or 6) in the pre poll would fucking awesome only because aggy would lose their shit.
  17. Did you explain to him there aren't many SEC recievers Big 12 capable. Our recievers across the board smokes theirs...
  18. Burt has HR threat all day long... But you are aware we use more than 2 recievers every play nowdays, right? You don't bench one of the best set of hands for speed... You don't bench your most physical set of clutch hands hands for speed... What you do is RS the incoming and go home everynight thanking sweet baby jesus you are in a position to stockpile an arsenal. It isn't that dificult.. easy like your mom
  19. If they are going to another SECSECSEC stadium,i s it really a road game?

    THE EXCUSE

    My dog ate my playbook
  21. We fuckstomped the greatest offense of they precious sec sec sec. Orange men bad says npc looch. Well we haven't made every playoffs like aggy either. Looch is talented though. You really have to extremely creative to come up with ways to keep the aggy faithful from ever becoming self aware they live 100% by proxy at a matrix type level. Lached onto anyone and anything that makes them feel like they are one of the top 5 alltime elite teams (obviously blueblood flageship also). They ride the entire SEC, then Bama, UGA, LSU, UF on the side if they win a game aggy concerned they really don't measure up to... They just rode big brother's coattail this week. "We play UGA next year. We are scared we are going to get blown out and forced to face the fact we aren't a top program. Big Brother beat Georgia and since Big Brother ran away from us, we have owned big brother, so we own UGA... Proxy life at it's finest... I don't know how Looch or anyone covering that team doesn't just lose it. It's one thing to uphold troop moral through lean times. It is something completely different selling a historic 6-6 7-5 team to it's faithful as an elite on the edge of being back to a place they have never been before. A national Championship 80 years ago doesn't make a team an elite.
  22. Only making the comparison to Georgia's view of Texas pre game.... 0 respect, to the point of almost...not quite... aggy level. They expected a bunvh of pussies
  23. That's the ESPN mindfuck that has tainted college football. They send top recruits to the SEC by the bus loads. But this time that hype bit Georgia. It is one thing to see LJH, CJ and SE on film and think to yourself "i can handle them" VY in person and VY on TV were not the same person. But to watch game film and not be prepared to get hit hard and constant is something else. It is funny how often the brain is willing to override what they eyes see for something the ears have been told. I guess we all want to belive e are special...... But if you watched any Texas film, it is very obvious that there are several on our secondary that are not the greatest at covering people, but they all will lay some serious wood... I guess we can thank ESPN. Between playing up Georgia as the "should have been" the 4th playoff team and all their conference games as tougher then playing Texas, confused Georgia and they though all those gifs they have been seeing of sooners jumping gator rolling Texas players was part of game film this year... I can see how Georgia got punched in the mouth and never recovered... can you imagine being the #1 UFC contender putting on a charity event vs Taylor Swift and she hit you in the jaw as hard as you've ever been hit before as soon as the ref said "fight". And that was just setting the tone, because she has every intention of going toe to toe in a slugfest in which she hits like a young Mike Tyson. You get a chance to clear the cobwebs in your head at the first bell and decide to take it to the ground before she knocks your dazed ass out. You go for the choke just to find yourself in an arm bar you miraculously survived... She has you there too... she has more weapons than you. That was something Georgia did not fathom and it fucked in the head... There is no doubt Georgia haf more talent across the board and they knew it. They knew LJH, CJ and Sam would all make some plays... They did not expect them to make plays at will... And there wasn't much they could adjust to, because they did not realize there are others on the Texas team that are very talented. Georgia came in motivated and planning on making a statement at Texas expense... you don't waste the time running your neck leading into the game if you don't care. They would've folded and gotten blown out if they their heart wasn't in it. Their issue was taking Texas serious. That was the problem the coaching staff had early in proctice. They never fixed that so Georgia came into the game believing their own hype... They planned on taking away our two recievers and slapping Sam down everytime he thought he was going to take off. They planned on running the ball down our throat over and over again... The Jokes during practice were probably golden... But thanks to ESPN, they competely forgot they did not blow out OU the prior year. Nor did they shut out OU. They completely missed or forgot this Texas team beat OU earlier in the year in what should have been a blowout. Another OU team lead by a Hiesman QB... The fact that this Texas defense showed it had the ability within itself to shut down an OU offense that was even better than the one that dropped 48 on them and almost beat them, or the Texas offense dropped virtually identical points in regular time on the OU defense their offense did the year prior should have been enough of a red flag to shake them out of their own mindfuck... Instead the Georgia defense came out knowing it was going to be the first of many 3 and outs in a long night for Texas. Instead Texas walked down the field at will on their defense that knew it wasn't caught flat footed. It wasn't because Texas hit a big play. Texas had just manhandled them and they were every bit as motivated as they were when they played Alabama... They didn't expect Texas to be very physical at all, much less be able to actually manhandle them... They didn't expect their cover guys to be little more than an annoyance to those two when catching or running with the ball... they expected to push our entire OL right into Sam's lap just to find they were being moved out of the way themselves. They were completely unprepared for Texas to throw the ball to any other person outside of our big two. None of them ever played against Tebow so the thought of a QB shrugging off the tackle, much less run them over time and time again was a "whatever" notion. And somehow the Georgia defense slept on us even having runningbacks on the roster. Everytime someone not named Sam carried the ball out of the backfield, they were slow to react as if the concept was unheard of. The Georgia offense had as high of expectations as the defense and suffered the same fate... They obviously thought "no defense" meant there wasn't going to be any Texas players on the field. Expecting one of the softest, weakest defenses of the P5s they faced all year, instead they ran into a Texas defense that was the stoutest one they had seen all year. They expected to Cleveland steamroll our DL, but ran into a buzzsaw of bodies every bit as strong as them I'm not saying our D is better than Bama's, but for Georgia it was that night. Their bread and butter power run was stuffed right out of the gate. They couldn't prevent bodies from pressuring the qb,. Their recievers expected to push our secondary around. instead our cover guys were more physical and stronger then they were, who had no issue laying a hit on them. From time to time a Georgia player would lay a good hit, trying to establish Georgia as the physical team, just to get it back (or his mates) 2fold a few plays later... Georgia's O was done when Texas stuffed their run game that first series... it wasn't a fluke that stopped them. It was a more physical Texas defense they did not have a clue existed... Just like their silly little doggy, they thought they were going to pet some cow just to find themselves trying to keep from getting murdered by a 1600 lb snorthing, ground shaking, belowing longhorned beast who decided it's had enough... Georgia will come out better for it and will take it out on aggy.
  24. So Matt is the crowner of Blu I bet he couldn't find another fanbase in the nation to agree with him. Not even the other 13 SEC members. When aggy first left, they could get away with this because most didn't know better so just assumed aggy was some elite team. But now they have been slammed over and over for fairytale posts that nowdays they just come off as having a severe cast of cock envy... I hope we beat LSU by 10... Aggy lose to Clemson and Bama but go on a "streak" until weak ass Georgia who the sips beat, blasts them by 21. Followed up by pounding from "aggy owned" LSU... And for a bonus. We make the playoffs and manhandle the NOW SEC good,--gonna slaught the sips--UGA in a 17 point win.. Aggy creativity in explaining our successes is nothing but gold... Oh i thi k Matt meant blue balls
