  1. This makes the case for random sprinklers for all races. So happy for Nico! I did kinda want to see HAM on podium for a 13th straight time at Silverstone, but good for Nico and Sauber. Pretty funny that it was only rookies retiring today, especially w/ all the opportunities.
  2. Last year in the wet/dry/wet/dry made for a great race, so hopefully we get the same today.
  3. B&J seemed to be holding down plenty - both in the full fatty fat and less fatty fat sections. I went with the CC Caramel Pecan Turtle...meh.
  4. Several They suck
  5. Looking to have a little cheat day this weekend and wanted some Blue Bell Pecan Pralines and Cream. Not only did my HEB not have it, the Blue Bell pint section has been limited to a single row - maybe 10 flavors? I'm no shill for Blue Bell, just pointing out the seriously reduced inventory.
  6. Just learned my nephew was in the middle of all this - out safe. He's been working at His Hill Ranch Camp this summer. Cousin texted me some unreal pics of the destruction - mostly massive trees that were swept downriver and piled up, helicopters in the background, ect. God bless all involved. I'm just gutted thinking about those poor kids, and their families.

  9. My man just gender revealed his commit 💀💀
  10. Luna was on McAfee today, and Pat was saying the same thing. Not going to list the whole series (9 total) but here's the intro:
  11. Nah, I'm 100% prepared for exactly that. I know I'm doing the right things to drop the weight, and I just have to keep doing them to achieve the long term results. I think that's a great idea. You'll still be making clean, homemade meals, but at a lower cost. I haven't done HelloFresh in a couple of years, but I had to quit because I just couldn't justify spending $75 on 3 meals (or whatever it was), because their portion sizes were tiny. Also, the ridiculous amount of cardboard, insulation and freeze packs over time felt onerous. I would encourage you to meal prep some as well. Spend a couple of hours on Sunday making a couple of things and portioning them out so you can just grab and eat throughout the week. My go-tos are: hummus - 1 28oz can of chickpeas = 3 x 9oz tupperwares of hummus - eat w/ carrots tuna salad - 2 12oz cans of tuna, greek yogurt, celery, frozen petite peas, wasabi paste = 4 x 10oz tupperwares of tuna asian cucumber salad https://www.feastingathome.com/asian-cucumber-salad/ - just put in large tupperware and eat a couple forkfuls at a time. 1 fork = 1oz Cottage Cheese - 1 fork = 1 oz
  12. dumb. I know it's about printing money, but these shows are so much better when they leave on top.
  13. Turns out my diet was good, but I still needed to dial back my portions and overall quantity. A friend suggested MyNetDiary as a tracking app and it was perfect for me as far as being able to add both prepackaged food (barcode scan), homemade (90% of what I'm eating today, saving custom recipes/meals, etc. Another friend commented that it gamifies the experience, so you're always trying to win the day and come in under your calorie number - mine is at 1945. Using it had an immediate impact and I dropped from that 207-209 number to 201-202, where I stayed for about a week, until I finally broke through today! Next goal is 195. Oh yeah - y'all did scaleshame me into a new digital scale. I had no clue these fancy things were only $20!
  14. They have been for years.
