He will if he finishes 5th or higher and Alex finishes out of the points.
What's wild is the points flip: All 73 of Alex's points were scored before Baku - at that point, Carlos only had 16 points. 48 of Carlos' points have come in the past 7 races (and sprints). Talk about closing out the season strong!
I need reaffirmation every day - that's why I weigh myself every day. I didn't weigh myself over the weekend because I was giving myself a break and allowing myself to indulge. I didn't think I was going to come in at 215 today, I just didn't want to be over 200, so I was happy w/ that. The reality is that I was only up 2# from Weds, and I take that as a great sign - my body has settled in at that 195# mark.
McLaren went full Ferrari today.
I would love one of the F1 twitter nerds to break down the whole field's starts. I'm curious if there is anything that shows how bad Lando's starts are, or if I'm just biased and convinced he's terrible at them.
I couldn't have been more wrong about how I thought his career would go.
Dude singlehandedly kept Texas in the game during the 1ast half. What a fucking stud.
