  1. Yes, but they seem to be some type of model for underachievement. When you look at their roster they have a number of (HS) highly ranked players. I don't know if it's shitty coaching, a number of busts, or maybe a combo of both, but they do have the "potential" to get hot. And when a bad team saves one game to get hot it's almost always against Texas in just about every sport.
  2. It certainly shouldn't be surprising when Telsa drivers are right at the top of the worst drivers. America's Worst Drivers, by Car Brand And I have to believe any Autonomous Driving Technology is going to be better than humans when you have Ram, Tesla and Subaru drivers on the road. Take those off the road and our insurance rates would drop significantly.
  3. Everyone has their opinion of the definition of a bust, but mine is a very highly ranked recruit who never did anything on the field. So for me that eliminates Simmons and Hadnot. When they were in the field they were every bit as good as our Heisman winners. Phil Brown was a good RB, but when Hadnot came in you just went Wow. Unfortunately they couldn't stay on the field for different reasons. Simms was not a bust to me because he was a very good QB that had 1 really bad game. No one could've lived to to the hype, just like Quinn and maybe Arch. Gilbert was not a bust because he never had a chance to develop at Texas, but went on to be a difference maker at SMU and play in the NFL. That's not a bust. The same applies to Malcolm Brown. He may have played behind the worst OL in Texas history and averaged almost 5 ypc. He often was hit in the backfield and dragged 3 guys forward for a 3 yard carry. And he also went on the play in the NFL. That's also not a bust. J. Gray was though. Alfio Randle is the model for a bust, but so were Edorian McCullough and Marco Martin. Two high 5* that came in with Mack's #1 class and never did anything. Martin was a DT that supposedly ran a 4.5 forty. McCullough was the fastest guy in the state and maybe the country. Ash and Pickryl were also not busts to me because both showed promise, but had career ending injuries, just like Simmons. Also Gabriel Floyd.
  4. And that's just another example of just how stupid he is. Right when we have a national crisis he fires the people working on it and wonders why the price of eggs are so high. Everything he does just gets dumber and dumber. No wonder why he's so low on this list. Close to the bottom with all the other republicans. Presidents ranked by IQ
  5. Have you ever heard a coach say I got my ass handed to me by a moron???
  6. Canady is going to lose games just like Cat lost games. I hope there's a lot more just like last night. Just what she fucking deserves.
  7. It most likely will be Canady vs Teagan again, won't it? Mac and Citlaly will likely go today so that leaves Teagan and Cam for tomorrow. I doubt Mike goes with a Freshman against Canady. It could also be a combo of all 4 if Mac and Citlaly don't get over-worked today. That would keep them off balance. I doubt Sophia goes because a couple of walks against Canady and you're toast. Maybe Simpson can get some innings in today and Mike can take a look at her control.
  8. I just don't get those numbers. Winning in Lexington will be just as tough as beating SC at home, LSU is 60% at best and Westlake HS isn't 99%. The other UT proved how tough the SEC is last night. No game in the SEC is a gimmie. And speaking of Carlton, she could be effective in non-conf against lesser talent, but the SEC is a whole different ballgame. I'm seeing too much loafing. If Vic can't motivate her I'm not sure who can, or maybe she's pissed for not getting more PT and has checked out. Just sure hope she get's it together. And that's just speculation, which is what this board is for. I don't think anyone here has any inside info.
  9. So when did Vic add Rori's sister to the roster?
  10. This video shows what happens when a bullet goes through the brain. This is why the bullet had to come from behind. The shock wave built up passing through Kennedy's brain blew out the front right of his head on to Connally, which is why he thought he had been shot a second time. At first he thought Kennedy's blood and brains were his own.
  11. So what did he do to the other 1001 dudes?
  12. Call it a bounce back if you want, but I'm sure Vic is going to have some choice words about that 4th Qtr.
  13. So is that the BIG LOSS aggroids were talking about?? Hard to say it's a loss at all since he's never done anything. He was probably going to be beat out by Washington.
  14. Hey Sark you left out, "if it hadn't been for Quinn's heroics on 4th and 13 we woulda lost the ASU game because of my stupid fucking decision making".
  15. No, because I have a brain know how how Texas plays work like Brian Robison and Rod Babers.
  16. Yes, some brain dead pussy's like you would be bitching, but not anyone who knows anything about football. We saw what happened with Sark's stupidity and only Quinn's great play in OT saved Sark's ass.
  17. Perhaps you could enlighten us on why you think a play with a very low probability of success and a high probability of turnover is a better option? And Rich's reply of there were other receivers is not a valid response. This was a 100% go long to Bond play for anyone who knows how Quinn operates. Sark can also tell Quinn, don't throw it long, just use Bond as a decoy.
  18. Wisner just had a 6 yard gain. It looked like the ASU defense was finally getting worn down. Even if Wisner had a no gain run on 2nd, a high % pass on 3rd is a much better option than a play that has about a 2% chance of success and 30% chance of interception. When you need to run out the clock the 1 thing you absolutely can't do is run a play that has a high % chance of a turnover.
  19. I thought the same thing, but I'm not sure they "missed" it.
  20. I can't help but laugh when people make this argument. A person who didn't play football doesn't have a chance in hell of getting a coaching job. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say the average IQ of a Nividia employee is much higher than the average football coach. Two of the dumbest guys I ever worked with were former FB players. One played for Blowu and one for Bama. It was obvious they were there for only 1 reason.
  21. Well, DUH! I don't need a self called expert to tell me what I already know. I yelled interception right when Quinn released the ball because I know that's the one play you don't attempt in that situation and I know that's the way those things go. Yes, for the so called offensive guru Sark was horrible. I kept looking for Charlie Strong on the sideline.
  22. Another Fuck You ASU. I'm fucking sick and tired or hearing every sports network and broadcaster suck Scatterbrains dick. Yes, he's good, but hardly the best. Jeanty, Brooks, Sampson, Giddens, Hunter, Singleton, and probably a few more are better. He didn't do shit until the defense was exhausted because of the offense and penalties. And he got help from the officials too. The officiating was nearly as bad as the women's BB game last night. Fucking targeting bullshit. The hit on Bond was 10x as bad.
  23. Yeah, I don't get why Quinn isn't good at deep balls. Good QB's complete every deep bomb and hail mary they throw. Some QB's don't even throw short and intermediate passes the deep ones are so easy to complete.
  24. One thing is for sure. ASU is going to take everything that worked well for Clemson and try to exploit the Texas D. Coach K and Joseph better get some of those things worked out or it's going to be a shootout.
