  1. Haha just watched the clip and he says the suit is ready to go, they just need to file it in DC. Guess he's walking from Florida to hand deliver it.
  2. What is it with these guys and two weeks? Hilarious. At least switch up your stock script of bullshit to keep us on our toes.
  3. Urban vs rural with suburbs as the border state style wildcard seems like it'd work pretty well. I'll sign up to go hunt me some rednecks if/when this country goes full fascist.
  4. Did you just call me Coltrane?
  5. [Morgan Freeman] He was not owning t-sips in heaven. [/Morgan Freeman]
  6. Per the Vice article linked above your post, it came out in a 1992 biography.
  7. This thread is always clutch when I need to be cheered up.
  8. He said he couldn't comment on the investigation. He didn't do so. He said basically nothing other than he went to dinner with the victim. Nothing from that interview is going to hurt him.
  9. Are you concluding the Trumpists don't believe it based on the fact that there hasn't been widespread terrorism, or what? I wouldn't call all the attempts at stealing the election last winter "inaction." They believe it. They simply are who we thought they were: cowards.
  10. Este
  11. I respectfully disagree about the need to be shit upon. You pull a stunt like this and you're begging for it in my book. Not going to shed any tears for someone who betrayed the program like that. I'm also not down with calling a 22 year old man a kid. Then again, I'm an asshole.
  12. Pretty sure that's BS and it's only divided by O and D. Maybe it was something Herman did, he did love stratification.
  13. Yeah I just discovered they deleted them. I understand them not wanting to report it themselves, but I'm not sure why they don't want the info out.
  14. Not that it really matters now, but Omeire straight up dominated last year's camp. That's directly from someone who was there. And he's not named Carrington or Herman. I was underwhelmed with taking him too... until I saw his senior tape. He flipped a switch and was a different player. Oh well.
  15. Not really, just marveling at how bad the intel was.
  16. It's pretty amazing that just 4 days ago "US intelligence" said Kabul could be isolated in 30 days and potentially taken over in as little as 90 days. Solid analysis.
  17. Did I say that it necessarily does, dumbass? It's obviously a risk of doing it.
  18. I can't believe people in charge of public health ever thought gain of function research was a super awesome idea. It sounds like a plot device from a cheesy sci fi movie.
  19. Nah I heard it was a pangolin.
  20. We really need to drastically expand involuntary commitments.
  21. Could just say rural people.
  22. The answer is right there in my two sentence post that you quoted. Korea, like the other two, were wars the US could have won if we had steeled our resolve and been willing to incur greater costs of all kinds. We never had sufficient resolve to go all-in on these conflicts, and our collective half-hearted appetite for the fight only further diminished as the costs mounted. Another similarity shared by all 3 was the terrain being an absolute bitch for the kind of war we were fighting. Oh and also the fact that in each case we led a nominal coalition with allies who really didn't give a shit and were happy to leave us holding the bag.
