  1. It's becoming more and more apparent we are going to have to 1984 this bitch to contain it.
  2. I literally just saw this and emailed y'all before I came here. Thought it might not be real. I don't think included you in the email though.
  3. I'm unable to see the pic you posted of her. Can you repost?
  4. Update: There are some deals starting to trickle in if you stand your ground and not be afraid to walk away initially. Just bought a 2016 Corolla with 44k miles for 10.2k out the door. Clean title. Includes all taxes title fees etc. Couldnt get the 2017 but I think I got a good deal. $9600 was the purchase price for the car. Next step is to sell my 2007 corolla with 86k miles. Should be able to get around 4k for it since Ill sell it online. Dealerships were willing to buy it for $1500. Again they can go fuck themselves. After everything is done Im hopeful this will be a net 6k purchase. Feels good.
  5. Praying Mantis gives no fucks.Just flat out ate his brain
  6. Happy Birthday
  7. I have been in the market for a car the past 18 months. Went early last year and the best they could do for a 2017 corolla with low miles was 16k. I wanted 10.5k out the door and when the manager came out and said they could go 250 dollars lower at 15750 I laughed and said we are about 6k off in negotiating and left with my family. Told them I would wait until the next recession to buy. Started fishing around dealerships again last month. Told them I would do 10.5k out the door for a 2017 corolla and the best they could do was 13k. I politely told them they could go fuck themselves (in my head) as they have bent over consumers for years. That they need to stop negotiating like its 2019 ( I really did say that.) Finally said to no less than 3 dealerships I'll be back in a few months to see if they're ready to actually make a deal that's fair to the consumer. I'm a patient man and dont mind the wait at all. My 2007 corolla runs like a dream.
  8. I came to post that I know nothing about the stock market. Not even the most basic.... if the world economy completely stops, stocks go down. If the economy is good, stocks go up. I know nothing. Not a damn thing. I will never believe I know even the most basic fundamentals of how it works. Not now, not ever. I did change my 401k in March to 75/25 stocks bond from 30/70. But I didn't put in my main money market account . I am a bit frustrated to day the least.
  9. My experience is self or self plus spouse or self plus kids is manageable. But family insurance premiums are normally a kick in the teeth
  10. Should really be including what the deductible and coinsurance is at the least. My family has uhc insurance and I pay 206 per biweekly pay period for medical dental and vision for all of us. I consider myself lucky. We have a hsa eligible plan and I think our deductible is 3000 coinsurance 80/20 with max oop 6000 - 7500 per year. I dont have the numbers in front of me. I can also lower that premium to 150 per pay period if we get labs done etc yearly.
  11. She has a big forehead. It's too big for her body.

  13. The markets had already priced this in.

  16. Flower mound. We have her come once every 2 weeks for 70 each time. Sorry I was putting everything as weekly.
  17. Approximate family Savings / week - Maid - $35 Gas - $10 Eating out for lunch - $70 Eating out for weekend meals - $20 ( We continue to pick up curbside on our favorite spots, just not as often) Misc: Trips to dept stores, toy stores, movies, haircuts etc - $75 ( My wife cant spend all of our/her money now. She told me yesterday she finally paid off her CC and wants to start saving and finally contribute to her 401k. I didnt know she had a balance......) Extra spending / week - Groceries - $25 (This isnt as much as we thought as we are strategically buying more and only buying the stuff we need.) Utilities - $5-10 (This wont be much as wife has WFH for 7 years)
